What is a good dose for adex and how often should it be taken for someone who bloats easily on test e. I have done a test e 250mg a week cycle in the passed and bloated a lot. This time around I will be doing 375-400mg test e with 25mg d bol kickstart. I want to stay as dry and lean as possible. I will be lowering my carbs but adex has to be used. I even have some slight gyno from years ago. I am not too worried about it but would rather it not get worse.

I wouldnt gauge so much on bloat as much as other estrogenic sides, but .5mg eod should be more than enough to help you out, I would recomend getting blood tested on cycle for estradiol to see if your adex is legit though.

Nothing worse than accidently growing titties.
