I ordered my nolva, and don't want to come off till I have it to bring up my levels again. The only sides I have are the dull pain or ache in my lower back. The only times it really bothers me are when I do deads or squats.

Oh. I don't want to have a huge shut down. I think it will be better to run two, 2 week cycles with a week between. And then take a month off and repeat.

OK...I have finished my 4 week cycle of M-1-T and test prop.
I ended up gaining a total of 10lbs and leaning out a bit, which makes those 10lbs look like a lot more.
I did notice that after the test kicked in the side effects such as the lower back cramping went away. I used some letro to combat the bloating and the cramping started to reappear. This would suggest that the estrogen in the system reduced the cramping issues.
I will say the gains slowed down after the second week. So maybe two week cycles may work the best.
HPTA shutdown was pretty significant. The boys really shrunk. I am running HCG, Nolva and Clomid for PCT. I did not have any hair loss issues but I don't believe I am predisposed to it either.
After recovering, I plan to do a two week cycle at 5mg per day along with a reduced calorie diet (Beverly 1900 calorie diet). I think the 5mg will be enough to retain muscle mass while shredding bodyfat. Should be interesting.

Congrats on the gains and thanks for the update. You wrote that your gains slowed after the second week, was that in both weight and strength?

I am finished with my first week PCT and I have maintained my strength. I am running UCP-1 with a moderate carb diet and I have dropped quite bit of body fat already. With strength staying the same, I'm sure I am keeping the gains from the M-1-T.
