yes 15-20g of fat per meal is preferred with trenadrol. i aimed for that and mostly I tried to take it with MCT's so I wasn't retaining much fat. I also did EV olive oil in my shakes to get the necessary fats too.

PCT is going well sorry I have not been posted I have been working doubles at work and habven't gotten to the gym in three days. I will be doing back and triceps tomorrow. I will def post tomorrow on workout, supplements, and diet.

Thanks sir! trying to keep up with PCT logging I messed up my wrist this week so lifting was kinda a no no.

Weight 181.00

Meal 1: Bacon, egg, cheese biscuit, supporting supplements, AX PCT

Meal 2: 1.5 cups pasta, 2 pollok fillets, shredded mozzarella, 12 oz OJ, AX PCT more supporting supps.

NAP

Pre-workout: 1 scoop, 1 scoop PW, 5g Glutamine

Extremely lagging workout! Did not get enought carbs today I knew it before I went should have ate somethin before.

Workout: Back

Isolateral Row: 90x14(WU), 230x10, 230x10, 255x8
Bent Dumbell Flyes: 35x14, 50x12, 50x12, 50x12
DB rows: 55x14(WU), 85x10, 85x10, 85x10
Chins: 30 reps

Very tired and felt weak after workout. Didn't eat enough before so I def attribute it to that. Weight didn't go down actually up in the isolats and bent flyes but endurance wasn't as good.

JUST WONDERING WHAT WAY YOU DOSED THE LEAN EXTREME ???...AM ON DAY 1 OF PCT AFTER A 4 WEEK TRENADROL CYCLE AND WAS PLANNING ON 40/40/20/20 WITH THE NOLVADEX ALSO ,POST CYCLE SUPPORT,BLUE UP, AND LEAN EXTREME... AM TAKING THE BLUE UP @ 2 PER DAY , POST CYCLE SUPPORT @ 4 PER DAY.THANKS....
