Extremely lagging workout! Did not get enought carbs today I knew it before I went should have ate somethin before.

Bent Dumbell Flyes: 35x14, 50x12, 50x12, 50x12
DB rows: 55x14(WU), 85x10, 85x10, 85x10
Chins: 30 reps
Very tired and felt weak after workout. Didn't eat enough before so I def attribute it to that. Weight didn't go down actually up in the isolats and bent flyes but endurance wasn't as good. |
