| Registered User | Weight: 181.5 Meal 1: Turkey, ham, and swiss on white bread, OJ Meal 2: Protein Skae, 1 tbsp PB 30mg trenadrol Meal 3: Can of tuna in mayo, 900mg fish oil, 1g hawthorne berry, 600mg milk thistle, 1g Taurine (for back pumps), and 2g Vit C. Pre-workout: Protein shake, 1 tbsp PB, 30 mg trenadrol Workout: Back Back pumps were bad today. I was really tense and stretched a lot (took 500g taurine before workout) When I got goin, it was rockin tho. DB rows: 60x12, 95x10 x 3 Shrugs 225x114, 315x8 x 3, 335x6, 365x4 Seated Rows 3 sets till failure with aceding weight Chin Ups: 40 reps in 4 sets One handed lat pulldowns: 180x6 x2, 160x8 x2 Incline Flyes on stomach: 8,8,6,6 Lat pull downs: 3x8 @ 180 Next two weeks I will be doing dead lifts, lat pulldowns, rows, bent rows, and Incline flyes on stomach. Meal 4: 3 double cheeseburgers, medium fry, powerade, 2g vit C Meal 5: Protein Shake Meal 6: 1 cup egg beaters, two slices of toast, 12oz OJ So after a week, I will rate my first week on Trenadrol (1-10 being highest): Strength: 9, incredible strength gains quickly Vascularity: 5, Not an incredible difference but im starting to notice a perpetual pump. Muscle Hardness: 9, incredible increase in muscle hardness Libido: 9, no difference in libido at all Weight gain: 10, never have I gained 6lbs in a week. Mood: 8, no mood changes really maybe a little short sometimes Back Pump, 3, these can get bad about 30min after taking the trenadrol. Taurine has helped dramatically. | Registered User | Weight: 179.0 Off-today Gotta go to work at 330 slept late today. I'm sore as $hit . My traps and lats are super sore and never really have been that much for a while. Meal 1: 3/4 cup egg beaters, two slices of toast w/butter, 1/3cup oats w/sugar, 12oz OJ 30mg trenadrol, 1g hawthorne berry, 600mg milk thistle. Snack: 8 oreos, 20oz Milk Meal 2: Pot Pie, 30mg Trenadrol, 2g Vit C Meal 3: Two servings of Raviolli, Water Snack: Protein Shake Meal 4: Three potatos (mashed w milk and butter), Two brats on wheat buns, 12oz OJ Meal 5: Weight Gainer "Everyone wanna be a bodybuilder...but ain't nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight!" Snack: OJ, Pack of muffins, 30mg trenadrol Meal 1:2 double cheeseburgers, medium fry, powerade Snack: Protein shake and a couple oreos Workou: Shoulders Shoulder Press Machine 8x200 x 3, 6x220 Upright Rows: 105x10, 125 x 8 x3 Standing Shoulder Press: 125x10 x2, 145x8 x 2 Front Raises (Cables): 10,10,8,8 Traps were sore but weight went up in shoulder presses on machine. Pre-workout: Protein Shake, 1tbsp PB, Apple, 30mg Trenadrol Workout:Biceps & Triceps Sticking to only 9-10 sets for Biceps since back works a lot of them. EZ Bar Curls 10x65, 8x85 x 3 Pull downs: 10,8,8,8 Cable crossover curls: 10,8,8 Seated Dips 10x180, 8x230 x 3 Standing preacher Curls: 35x12 x 2, 45x10 x 2 EZ Bar Pull overs super setted with narrow grip presses: 10+8x4 Felt good on my workout I miss some of the great pumps from my pre-workout I was doing but the strength is up. Focusing on 8-10 reps for size the final two weeks. | Registered User | Yeah it's been jumpin 2pounds up and down. It's still up above 180 which is nice. Im on two caps daily im wondering if I should do 3 caps my last week (2 weeks left after cycle). Meal 1: 2 grilled cheese on wheat, tomato soup, 30mg trenadrol, 600mg milk thistle, 2g vitamin C Meal 2: Hamburger w /Ketchup, baked beans, potato salad, iced tea, 1g hawthorne berry, 1g taurine, Osteo Biflex (my joints suck!) Snack: Cake w/12oz milk Meal 3: Two pork chops, potato salad, faygo caffeine free pop, 30mg Trenadrol Meal 5: Gainer (3 scoops isomass, 16oz milk, 2tbsp PB, 3tbsp olive oil) approx 1500-1600 calories and 90g protein) Tasted amazingly good! | Registered User | Weight: 181.6 Gonna bump up my calories during the day. I wanna get another 4-5 pounds in the last two weeks of my cycle. Meal 1: 1 cup Egg beaters, 2 pieces of white toast w/butter, 12oz OJ, 3 sausage links, 30mg trenadrol, 300mg B-Complex, 600mg Milk Thistle Meal 2: Turkey Pot Pie, Powerade, a lot of supporting supplements I don't wanna list. Snack: Met Rx Protein bar Pre-workout: 20g protein w/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, 30mg trenadrol. Workout: Legs OUUUUUCHH! Didn't do legs last week so I knew this would be a painful day haha. I stretched for 10minutes before and then also etween sets. BB Squats 135x15, 275x8, 275x8, 225x12 Seated Calf raises: 45xfailure x 2, 80xfailure x 2 Just get a great burn goin to failure on these. Leg Press: 360x10, 410x10, 460x8 Calf Extensons: 190x20, 210x18, 230x16, 110xfailure Was gonna do lunges but I was sore as hell and it felt like overttraining. Wasn't a bad workout. Squats felt good and I'm goin for more hiugh rep stuff. Post-workout: 30g protein Meal 3: Pork Chop, 3 Potatoes (mashed w milk and butter), green beans, water.
