It's been super hot here all day and I didn't really have the energy I was hoping for in todays workout. again, I noticed that my over all strength isn't much greater, but my endurance has improved. (also, I didn't have a spotter today so I didn't have help with lift off, etc)

5 min warmup on eliptical (hills)

incline DB press:
70x10
90x10
100x8

flat DB press:

decline DB press:

90x8 (finally got a spotter that helped a little)

cable flies (played with the weights here - don't remember)

body weight dips:
4 sets of 12
1 set to failure (15 reps)

15 min cooldown on eliptical (hills)

Additional Notes:

the NP gods blessed me with a shipment Friday(wasn't expecting it till monday)...so, I got my DCP, PCS, relora, and Ashwagandha today. I'm looking forward to seeing how the addition of these products plays in my cycle. Looking back on Friday I wish I would have waited to switch the sustain for the PCS until after I started taking the relora and Ashwagandha and waited to add in the DCP so that I could better guage the difference in how I felt without changing as many variables...I'll try switching back to the sustain in a week or so to see if I can tell the difference. (in the name of science)

yeah, gators are scary! I was staying in some bungalos on the beach between manzanillo and Puerto Vallarta about a month ago and there were signs warning for crocadrillos (spelling?) and in the morning we saw marks in the sand where the crocs had gone by...made me a little cautious about wondering around there in the dark! it looked like there was a little pond by where I was staying but once you get a good look at it you realized it went back pretty far into the jungle...that's where all the tracks went to.

Crocs are also scary because they'll eat anything that moves, they'll even eat their young.

I was out "surfing" yesterday in Pacific Beach. I suck, but I had a lot of fun.

Your layout is looking pretty disciplined man.

Having said that, yeah a crocodile is up there with their death roll and craziness.

feeling good today; I'm really looking forward to my workout tonight!

I spent a ton of time last night making meals for most of the week...I shouldn't have any issues with nutrition this week because I've got lunch and some snacks taken care of.

I think I've already noticed a difference in taking the PCS and the Relora + Ashwagandha. errections hadn't been too much of a problem but finishing has been difficult (even had to fake it once recently). Last night...no problems in any catagory!

I'm really energized to kick some butt, I'm almost half way through my log and I really haven't seen the results I was hoping for...time to kick some ass!

Additional Notes:

damn I was tired today, had some unexpected guests come by sunday night and we were up way too late! I came home from work today and took about an hour nap before getting ready for the gym. thank god for RPM too!

Since I made the changes to my supps Friday night (added the relora and ashwagandha for cortisol, exchanged the sustain alpha for PCS, and added the DCP) I'm really feeling much better! My libido is noticably higher and I just feel better! I'm kinda back to being the horny bastard that I used to know:-)

I've also been weighing myself everyday for the last couple of days and it's consistant at 194 (6 pound change from the beginning) There was one day that I weighed in at 196...must have been holding some water that day. I'm also noticing that I'm looking a little leaner again!!! the change in diet for those days I was on business travel must have had me a little bloated.

Thanks Ike, it was your stoked log that prompted me to get the PCS and I think your suggestion on the relora and ashwagandha really helped out!
