heres how im gona do this-
tren 60/60/60/60mg, might go to 90mg
methyl xt 40/40/40/40mg same as the tren i might go up 60 mg, most likely stay at the base dosage though.

as for my training split, im gona do a 2 days on 1 day off 3 days on 1 day off. starting with chest/tri's on monday, back/bi's/calfs on tuesday, wednesday off, shoulders on thursday, bi's/tri's on friday, last but not least legs and ab's on saturday, sunday off. i'll be doing cardio 3-4 days a week.

i'll be eating 6 meals a day of at least 60gms of protein, moderate fats and cycling carbs. as you can see im looking to lean out. im not a newb to this game but suggestions are welcomed.

waist-37in<--thats when you know you bulked to long

*i feel my quads and hams are to soft to get a good measurement.

i dont worry about numbers to much but as long as i stay in a certain rep rang and the poundage is going up is never a bad thing. i think i read a trey brewer interview where he said he sticks between 5 and 8 reps, this is supposed to be for maximum growth. i tried this last cycle and liked it. anyways numbers for me right now are a bit lower because of my work schedule so ive just been tryn to maintain for the past couple months. im waiting for my stuff to come in so you'll see my numbers before the good stuff kicks in. and as for being a tank, thax. bulkings fun but a 37in waist is way to big, i dont want to look like a powerlifter!!

this was a pretty short workout, this a workout i do for maintenance. i'll be adding more sets and more lifts each week untill im doing 18/22 sets per muscle group excluding warm up sets. weight was at 236 today. im gona have a jacked up work schedule for the next 3 days so im not gona be able to post any more workouts untill thursday. im still waiting for my stuff to come in too.

thanks movin weight, i should be fine with blood pressure. i got the right support sups and ive taken both of these before just not together. i will check on a weekly basis though just to see how my body reacts.

this was a decent workout, weight was at 237. im a lil heavy from eating more meals this week. everything was straight sets except for the curls. i did these with a 10sec pause between sets. me and my buddy avgbdybldr used to do these like every other week but these are done with extremely strict form and a squeeze at the top. i sweated my balls off in the gym today, it had to be like 80 in there.

my work schedule was totally jacked up from wednesday untill yesterday. i was workin 16 hr days and wasnt able to eat like i needed to but i was able to get 4/5 meals in. when i got back i was so drained i slept for 14 hrs. anyways i did some legs today, i havent done legs in awhile but heres the numbers.

weight was at 237, this workout was ok, i felt like i could have done 15/20 reps with 315 but i want to be able to walk tomorrow and when i got to front squats i could tell my leg were good for today. it will take a couple weeks but the weight will start goin up like crazy, my legs grow pretty easily so when i do maintenance i'll only work them out a couple times a month. i ended up getting 2 bottles of tren xtreme, ive heard alot of good things about it compaired to kilosports tren which i was gona go with. personally i liked it but there is alot of mixed reviews so i'll give this a try. the dosage is gona be the same just a lil longer cycle. im getting pumped just thinking about it.

im in on this. a couple questions.

what is methyl XT?

did you have any sides from the phera tren cycle? how long was that run and what was your pct for it?

I really want to see how your pct does for this 4 weeker. Recently i have been trying to latch onto all the OTC PCT protocols threads that i can.

since i bought 2 bottles of tren xtreme its gona be longer, as for otc pct, ive never had a problem recovering. it took a lil longer to recover from the tren and phera cycle but i had just a small amount of sides. i had random headaches from an elavated blood pressure and i was shut down the last week and a half. methyl xt didnt give any sides, just random boners and bigger muscles!! methyl xt is compare to methyl 1-AD plus nitric oxide. i really liked it when i ran it with phera. i have a lil pct left over from when i ran it stand alone so if i have any problems i'll start poping that. the tren and phera cycle i ran was a 8 weeker, i cant remember the dosage i think i ended goin 90mg of the tren. im a lil bigger so i had to up the dosage to find my sweet spot and it was.

today is a rest day, my lower back is a little tight so i feel the rest is needed. im gona hit some back up tomorrow. the legs and chest hurt so good. i got some left over ripped fuel that ive been taking this week. figured i though that in there to keep yall up on all the sups, as soon as i get the goods in im gona drop it.

weight was at 238, i feel like im fuller, i know im carrying more water. hitting the weights like this feels so good. i didnt get much sleep last night so i was dragging a lil ass at the begining but 100lb dbs will wake you up real quick like. overall this workout felt really good. i'll be doing more pressing movements next week or the following week. i'll hit the dbs first then hit some partial reps, either top or bottom half movements. i'll do the same for chest from time to time just to mix things up. i wasnt feeling the rear delt machine thats why i only did so few amounts of sets. the db bent over row/rear delt fly, i watched a markus ruhl dvd and he was doing these so i tried them and they felt pretty good. you just have to make sure to keep your elbows out or it turns into a bent over db row. you know it feels pretty lonely in here, i dont know if its im new and nobody knows me but if anyone has anything about my workouts or just anything hit the thread up. as for credentials, ive know/worked out with avgbdybldr for about three years now and consider him to be my bro.

When you gonna be starting... Methyl XT is supposed to be pretty explosive like SD so it should be a fun cycle

I'm sure more pple will drop in once you get rollin

i got the venom and methyl xt in today. i started the venom, that sh!t was hard to find in stock. i got methyl xt on sale so i was pleased with that. i took yesterday off, im wanting to do bi's again but they dont feel ready. i might just wait till tomorrow and hit them with legs and ab's. depends how i feel in a couple hours, i took the venom like an hour ago and i feel it kicking in. makes me want to go do something.

weight was at 238, venom 3.0 is off the chain. i had so much energy and focus, it was great. now to the good stuff, the smith machine squats were done with a narrow stance. i set a flat bench underneath to make sure i went low enough, i didnt rest on it as soon as i felt it up i went. and if your guessing ds = drop set. i had a really good pump in the bi's, i felt huge. i ran out of protein after my pwo shake so i went to gnc (i only buy stuff on clearence) its in the mall here and we only have one and it closed at 6 normally 7 so i was a lil pist. overall this workout felt awesome and cant wait to hit chest tomorrow, its amazing how taking some time off recharges the batteries and makes you more determined.

weight was at 238, my body felt kinda worn down today, i play in 2 competitive softball leagues and ive had 4 games in 2days after doing legs. but i did have a decsent workout. i sweated straight balls todays, it was so humid in the gym.

weight was at 237, it took me awhile to warm up, i felt a little stiff. once i got warmed up i felt pretty good. after doing the leg press my quads were shot, i couldnt even flex them. on my first set of arms i didnt know if i was gona be able to hit them the way i wanted to, i felt like i had nothing left after legs but i caught my second wind and killed them. i usually workout by myself but i had a buddy thats been wanting to train with me come today, he's 5"9/5"10 about 180 and he walks around at 3% bf. crazy ripped. it was good encouragement.

weight was at 244, this stuff is in full affect. this workout was great. i was a little sick also i was out of town most of last week, i did have some workouts at the hotel but it wasnt worth posting. the gym had a belt used for weighted dips but it broke so i rigged up a thing but it broke mid set. i did about 15mins of cardio before the bottom of my calfs got really tight.

i had to stop this cycle, whatever virus i got i cant get rid of. i was gona stick it out but i lost my appetite, i couldnt drink enough water and my blood pressure was getn high. about 4 nights ago i felt like i was gona have a heart attack, my pulse was rapid and really hard. im back to normal now as for the way my heart and blood pressure, im hoping to pick this back up in a month or two. ive never had that feeling before, i did get food poisoning two cycles ago and my blood pressure felt a little high but as soon as i got the bad stuff out of my system and got rehydrated i felt fine. any suggestions???

sorry to hear about being sick man. got a question on the methyl xt, hows the strength gains with it? everything i have read says its amazing for strength and does little to nothing for mass/weight gain, just wondering if you feel the same way?
