Dosage For H-drol?????????????

What is the best dosage for H-Drol? I weigh 180lbs.

100mg seems high for 180..

heres ur best bet-START WITH 50 ANF IF U HAVE NO SIDES GO TO 75 AND SO ON...

im running hdrol now at 217.. i started at 75/75/100/100-125/125

For a first cycle I'd simply run what the bottle suggests (50/50/50/50). It's best to do this so you can gauge how your body reacts to the compound. Experiment with it the next time around.

Pretty good advice. Focus on training and diet, and see how your body reacts. You'll still make good gains, and PCT will be easier
