Diet: 40/40/20 at 3,500 cals per day. all clean foods, no processed ****. lots of protein powder, multis, fish oil- 8g, cissus - 5 caps, Excell by anabolic innovations

pre cycle:
1-4weeks: cycle support
(already almost completed)
Cycle:
Wk 1: 100mg Mega-h, 30mg Epistane, Dermacrine, T3- slow ramp up to 100mcg, 16mg albuterol, cycle support
Wk 2: 100mg Mega-h, 30mg Epistane, Dermacrine, t3- 100mcg, 16mg alb, cycle support
wk 3: 100mg Mega-h, 30mg epistane, Dermacrine, t3- 100mcg, 16mg alb, cycle support
wk 4: 100mg mega-h, 30mg epistane, dermacrine, t3- slowly ramp down to 12.5mcg, cycle support
Post cycle:
wk 1: Toremifene- 90mg, Alb- 16mg, keto- 1mg, dermacrine sustain, cycle support, aPCT- 3 caps, Post cycle support, Massfx- 4 caps
wk 2: Toremifene- 60mg, alb- 16mg, Keto- 1mg, dermacrine sustain, cycle support, aPCT- 3 caps, Post cycle support,
Massfx- 4 caps
wk 3: Toremifene- 30mg, alb- 16mg, Keto- 1mg, dermacrine sustain, cycle support, aPCT- 3caps, post cycle support, massfx- 4 caps
wk 4: Alb- 16mg, keto- 1mg, dermacrine sustain, cycle support, aPCT- 3caps,cycle support, post cycle support, massfx- 4 caps
Afterwards:
wks 1-4: Reset-AD, double dose activate, anagen, anabolic pump, P-slin
