| Registered User | Yesterday was back. Increased my dead lift by 10lbs. Every thing else stayed the same. I look more lean. I need to increase my food. I threw up my bcaas last night at the gym which was no good. that was 10 grams of protein in essense. |

Sidelateral 15 on each side one set 6 reps. Today I did 400 mics of mgf 5 min after my work out with my shake. Today was a great work out. |

| Registered User | thats 40 IU I think I got it correct. Today the air bubble was a lot smaller. It is a 2mg vial so I don't know how long it will last but from what I read I will defiantly give it at try for a good 4 months im going to try to shoot for 6 months if I can. |

Leg extension 180 2 sets 6 reps leg curl 100 1 set 6 reps calve rise machine 275 12 reps 2 sets. Today was a great day. I will do my ghrp6 now but hopefully the protein won't' interfer to much. It is 1 in the morning so we will see. |

Had in 10 minutes 2 boxes of mama pizza from pizza hut. 2 whole boxes. |

I would like to bench 215 more regularly. Curl100 with out help and no swinging. Squat and I mean deep squat bar+ 85x2 during my next journey of this cycle. Dead lift bar+45x4+60. Those are reasonable goals right? I think so. So I will do it. ![]() |

Leg pressed 540 but keeped going deep. 2 sets 6 reps Leg extention 240 up from 180. Friend tricked me but I did it. 2 sets 6 reps. Leg curl 110 1 set 6 reps. Calves same as before. I also did 16 minutes of cardio and than yoga. Abs went well today to. My mgf I am doing every 3 days. GHRP6 I am doing every night before I sleep. I added twinlabs beta alanine this time round as I ran out of my other BA. I like it. has Amount Per Serving % Daily Value Niacin 30 mg 150% Beta Alanine 3200 mg * Power Pump Complex (Di-arginine malate, Di-creatine malate, Citruline malate, Aspartic acid, L-histidine) 2334 mg * Glyceryl Monostearate I like that it still has 3.2 grams of ba which is nice because that is what I have been doing pre any way. I also started to do post ba with protein. |
