So I opened my new bottles of anabolic pump and they stuck like 8 caps than broke open. All this yellow stuff came out and made a mess on my floor. Who do I speak to? I just lost a bunch of caps of anabolic pump. I tried to take one that was half broke and I gaged.

So I made my ghrp6. 2.5ml with 5mg of ghrp6. I just drew half the IUs since I made it thicker. I think since that is all they gave me was 2.5ml of bacteria water per 5mg of gprp6. Did 7IU vs 15IU. Let the transformation begging.

Woke up couple of times from being hungry but I will increases it up to 10IU tonight. I woke up early today at around 7 to take 3 caps of powerfull. Went to sleep for another 2 hours than woke up had a protein shake with tones of carbs with anabolic pump.

Did my shot today. Went up to 10ius. Took my powerfull. Can I take 4 caps or will that do nothing for me? I also have the pictures of the broken caps of anabolicpump. I had to toss the other caps away as it made a mess on the counter top. I emailed the store I bough it from but waiting for a answer.

I think I will stick with the one shot at night. Why? I am taking powerfull in the morning any how which if it works will increase my gh production.

The product I am using is in a concentrated form of the pure antioxidants there for the orac value is very high up there. As far as I know per serving and its size it has the highest orac value. Iv seen some products higher but the serving size is like 3 times to size and is only a tad higher in orac value. They use a HPLC machine and some other machines to measure its potency but what I like is they have published studies on the actual product in question and the studies published came to the conclusion of 5300+. I like it better than super greens. No taste just tabs and works awesome for me. I will elaborate more later. I have traning to do with martial arts right now.

Today I did biceps and I curled 110 2 sets 6 reps and dumbelled 2 sets 45 6 reps.
Preacher curled 70 1 set 6 reps. I hate them but pascal wanted to. machined 120 cable machine 1 set 6 reps. This is my latest picture. I figured out why I did not feel any thing from power full and anabolic pump. Some of the caps were empty. So I opened one just to check sure enough some were empty caps. Who do I speak to.

Id say a good hand full are gone now. Hopefully usp labs can replace the caps that were bad.

Unbelievable Anyway, your post is a very accurate reflection on the company, especially the fact that they haven't responded back and addressed your situation. What else is new though...

Your progress is especially noticeable in your midsection (a lot less loose skin:lol) Keep up the good work buddy and congrats on hitting 110 curls. Don't sacrifice quality for quantity though. If you're swinging the bar, stick with that weight and master until you're able to perform the exercise in proper manner.

Next time Pascal wants to do Preacher Curls, let him know where to meet up with you when he's done and go off to a more effective exercise. It might have been more beneficial to throw in an extra of curls if anything but it's no real problem. Just don't make it a habit (you probably already know that though).

P.S. Out of curiosity, do any of the products you're currently taking contain artificial ingredients?

I don't believe in artificial flavors. Espically if I can avoide it and use products that don't have it I will.

Today was back. Dead lifted 205 no hooks. 2 sets 6 reps
cable pull down 2 sets 6 reps 146
cable pull 180 2 set 6 reps. I think 180 I will double check the gym
cable push down 80 1 set 6 reps
dips weighted 55 1 set 6 reps
cable machine push down 190 2 sets 6 reps.
I still have not got a response from any usp reps and they don't have a 1800 number. Today I will bump my ghrp6 to 300. A night. I feel 150 is fine.

Today was leg day. I squated 215. 2 sets 6 reps. I will keep the same for next week so I can make sure my form is good again.
Leg press 530 2 sets 6 reps.
Leg extention 190 6 reps 1 set.
Leg curl 120 1 set 6 reps.
