deca vials

I'm going to do a one month cycle of deca but it comes in 200 mg vials. I'm looking at taking 200 mg per week. I've never messed with vials before and I don't plan on taking a whole 200 mg vial at a time so does anyone have any info on using vials or anything? I'm figuring on taking 1/2 on monday and 1/2 on thursday. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

A month wont do anything. You need to do AT LEAST 12 weeks, and longer would be better. Do some research man.
