Epistane for the first time!
Hey there guys! I'm most likely going with Epistane for my first ever PH cycle and I'm very excited! I have 4 years lifting experience, 190 lbs and 6 foot. I want to gain around 15 lbs +/- a few pounds after PCT.

Question is, what kind of cycle should I do?
