Usually just during post cycle therapy, but it's a good idea to have it on had during the cycle just in case you notice signs of gyno. Run it for about four weeks after the cycle, with a dosage of something like 40/20/20/20 mg

nolvadex is absolutely not all you need, you have much research to do before you start this cycle. read every stick on here, the steroid board, PCT board and read many many cycle logs and you will find your answers
