My first log!
Hello guys I know I got off on the foot here but I am sorry. Here is my first attempt at a log. My 3 superdrol run.

Cycle-Superdrol, Cycle Support RYR free,
post cycle therapy- Clomid, Post Cycle Support, Drve, Cycle Support RYR free, 800mg of nician.

Starts today.

Derelict!

BTW I might be getting some Test E, so if I do things will change.

Stats are 24yr old, 5'8 215lbs BF 15%

History- Superdrol/Prostan, Superdrol, Methyl-1test.

Best lifts-
Bench- 405lbs for 3 reps
Squats- 455lbs- for 8 reps- injuried my knee playing football
Deadlifts- 525lbs for 3 reps
