My friend never gets blood tests. He's a Phera-Plex lover, that's all he runs. He just does cycles every 7 months...no sooner than that.

The Mdrol will be 10= 1 hour PreWO with a whole grain sandwich, prolly PB on 2 slices of WW.
when it goes 20= 10 hour before 10 hour after...? this im unsure about still. I know ive read a few doing this and noproblems.
EDIT: Ill do morn and PreWO or ill do PreWO and night pending on WO time. I just saw another thread.

Twitch, one quick question: why run milk thistle separately since Cycle Support contains it? For extra liver support?

I ran Milk Thistle and RedYeast Rice prior to cycle for a week or so and also cause i dint have cycle support.
I am also switching to machines and a lil more powerlifting style.

Just got back from the gym. Ok workout. Vascular, somewhat strong. Still adjusting to the "new" lifts in my routine. I like it. During i feel very swoll and full but after i feel small. I was breathin a little heavy today at work so i may stop the Cit Malate and Creatine Gluconate. I am still working on gettin he Arginine down but its tough.
Nothing out of the ordinary though that would be shown from the Mdrol, its only day 2. not expecting anythign until week 2 begins.

Missed my Cycle Support last night, no biggie.
Been upping cals bigtime, around 4500, lil dirty.
When week 2 starts im goin to back them off, focus on carbs if i get tired or lethargic and up cals if need be.
My boys are hanging low and they functiond normally as far as i could tell last night.
I did develop a cough and sore throat 2 days ago. Doubt it is related to the Mdrol as the weather is changing quickly here in Chicago.
Yesterday and today i took off.

I am keepin an eye on it. I think i was gettin a lil pump today at work as i am always walking and lifting thing. I think i got one in shoulder & tricep...i think. Never really had a pump. Im back at it tomorow after 2 days off.
I couldnt get my a$$ out of bed today.
No lethargy as i usually nap when i get a chance.
I have been gettin this weird twitchingor something in the ab are on the sides...not sure if its muscle or internal, it feels like a muscle twitch.
I feel a lil more full often.
If i dont see any big changes by wednesday(end of week one) i may get a lil nervous as i hope i am not a non responder, i have 2 more bottles...haha. Maybe Hdrol will be more up my alley.
Anyways, sorry bout the length, thanks for watchin, peace out.
EDIT: If i dont see any changes end of week 2 i will prolly bump to 30. Just cause.

Today was good.
My apetite has been up since day 2.
Did back, bis, calves today.
Felt good int he gym, dint use anything preWO but felt strong.
My appetite is insane heres an idea. this is my after workout meal.
1cup oats w/ honey
2 pieces garlic bread(i know i know not good idea)
2 cups juice
1 cup lean shredded pork.(no fat eaten)
3 chicken strips
a McDs salad, cause theyre big and im lazy.
To be honest i may have a lil more at 3 before work.
I try to cram in as much food as i can before work casue i get out at 10 ands dont feel like having carbs n stuff.
I still feel my muscles are more full often.
Vascularity is up slightly.
Weight i am assuming is up i will weigh in tomorrow.
Once i start into week 2 i will be cleaning it up a bit.

Today was great. Focus was all there. Only thing i added preWO was 2.5g Cit. Malate & Poseidon.
Decline BB press- 3sets
Cable Crossovers- 2 sets
side cable rasies(shoulders)- 2
front cable raises-2
DB press- 2
Rope pushdowns- 3 (Weight up)
Overhead cable pulls(triceps) -2
Lat pulldowns- 3 (weight went up)
DB side leans(abs)
5 min cardio
seated calve raises
I kept the sets at 9-5 reps
I had good mind to body connection
My temper is a bit up.
No othersides yet.
vascularity up. Even without the Cit Malate.

Today i start 20mg.
I am a bit nervous as last night went well but today i have a bit of a chest pain on the left side just below me pectoral.
I did do chest yesterday and did decline BB press so i am goin to hope it is just a sore muscle but it is to odd that is only on one side(heart side) and after 3-4 hours of dosing 10mg.
If this continues or worsens i will be ending at the end of week 2.
Its odd casue ive never had any medical issues or in the family either.
I dont want to puss out but i also dont want a heart attack.
I dont feel faster heart rate or heavy breathing or anythign else just this little pain. alil like a cramp.
In light of this i opted to not squeeze the gym i before work and leg day is pushed to tomorrow.

Just make sure your getting enough water. I know on cycle I get very tight obliques...not sure why that is but I am certain it puts me a risk of pulling/tearing something in that area.
This sounds like it could be your issue depending upon how deep the cramp/pain is...

Well it like the lower pec only on the left. It was hapening a bit today not so much. Ill keep monitoring it. It may just be from being new to it. I dont feel paranoid. i am actually stayin pretty calm.
I was in bad mood. Little things bothered me and stuck with me from last night. I dint snap off at anyone but almost wanted to at a few guests at work.
I feel stronger for some reason today, when i was moving rugs and tile.
No other sides i have noticed.
Hunrgy is still up there but ive been fighting it and making sure i keep things clean.
I started 20 today.
Ill be able to have a much more clear mind as i have break from school coming soon and all my papaer form here on out are more spread out.
I have a football game on Turkey Day morning so i want to be bale to dominate! haha

Felt great today. I dont have the PreWO N.O. product boost but i def feel in the zone.
Lat Pulldowns went up.
During curls i felt as if my skin was goin to rip.
I hit traps hard casue it works for me, always has.
Legs i dont need much genetically i have big upper legs.
Chest is sore from yesterday, the feelingi had is pretty much gone, maybe it was small pumps? As my chest def looks more full as due my arms. Forearms too but i havent directly hit them at all.
Tomorrow i have a wedding at 530 but im hopin to get in and hit shoulders, abs, cardio, tris maybe chest but if its sore i wont.
weight is up 4-5 lbs. Staying fairly lean, i havew ab outline.

Sucked. kind of.
Got up early, dint hit the gym...i know i know im slackin bad.
I had to shop for the wedding. Still ate good. Only thing was i missed my 2 dose of Mdrol and had to take it late....very veyr late as in 2:00am late. I just forgot my pill containerat home. So tomorrow will be....

Sadly my chest pain is still occuring and it is still only on the left side. I was dancing(or tryin to) tonight and noticed nothing bad.
No other sides to note.
So i will continue this cycle.
Just started gettin the chest pain. Well i just rubbed the muscle about 1inch under the nipple on my pec and it feels knotted compared to the other side. mmmmm....i may try to heat itor ice or 30 sec. of each for ahwile tomorrow during football.
