    My friend never gets blood tests. He's a Phera-Plex lover, that's all he runs. He just does cycles every 7 months...no sooner than that.

    Prolly even further. lift around 6pm-10pm or 11am-2pm so i will be able to take it before bed or in the morn no problem.
    The Mdrol will be 10= 1 hour PreWO with a whole grain sandwich, prolly PB on 2 slices of WW.
    when it goes 20= 10 hour before 10 hour after...? this im unsure about still. I know ive read a few doing this and noproblems.

    EDIT: Ill do morn and PreWO or ill do PreWO and night pending on WO time. I just saw another thread.

    haha we'll see what happens but ill prolly just stay at 20. I got eager and started yesterday. I actually almost decided to go with 20 20 30 too....im a lil nuts int he head. I may bump soon and go 20 all the way the way through. more is better right....

    I ran Milk Thistle and RedYeast Rice prior to cycle for a week or so and also cause i dint have cycle support.

    I am also switching to machines and a lil more powerlifting style.

    Day 4.
    Nothing noticeable.
    Missed my Cycle Support last night, no biggie.
    Been upping cals bigtime, around 4500, lil dirty.
    When week 2 starts im goin to back them off, focus on carbs if i get tired or lethargic and up cals if need be.
    My boys are hanging low and they functiond normally as far as i could tell last night.
    I did develop a cough and sore throat 2 days ago. Doubt it is related to the Mdrol as the weather is changing quickly here in Chicago.

    Yesterday and today i took off.

    Funny you say that. I have been gettin more "angry" in general. Not really yellin n stuff but fell like i could blow up. Im very good at calming and not over reacting most of the time.

    I am keepin an eye on it. I think i was gettin a lil pump today at work as i am always walking and lifting thing. I think i got one in shoulder & tricep...i think. Never really had a pump. Im back at it tomorow after 2 days off.

    I couldnt get my a$$ out of bed today.

    No lethargy as i usually nap when i get a chance.

    I have been gettin this weird twitchingor something in the ab are on the sides...not sure if its muscle or internal, it feels like a muscle twitch.

    Today was good.
    My apetite has been up since day 2.
    Did back, bis, calves today.
    Felt good int he gym, dint use anything preWO but felt strong.

    My appetite is insane heres an idea. this is my after workout meal.
    1cup oats w/ honey
    2 pieces garlic bread(i know i know not good idea)
    2 cups juice
    1 cup lean shredded pork.(no fat eaten)
    3 chicken strips
    a McDs salad, cause theyre big and im lazy.

    To be honest i may have a lil more at 3 before work.
    I try to cram in as much food as i can before work casue i get out at 10 ands dont feel like having carbs n stuff.

    I still feel my muscles are more full often.
    Vascularity is up slightly.
    Weight i am assuming is up i will weigh in tomorrow.

    Once i start into week 2 i will be cleaning it up a bit.

    Today i start 20mg.
    I am a bit nervous as last night went well but today i have a bit of a chest pain on the left side just below me pectoral.
    I did do chest yesterday and did decline BB press so i am goin to hope it is just a sore muscle but it is to odd that is only on one side(heart side) and after 3-4 hours of dosing 10mg.
    If this continues or worsens i will be ending at the end of week 2.

    Its odd casue ive never had any medical issues or in the family either.
    I dont want to puss out but i also dont want a heart attack.
    I dont feel faster heart rate or heavy breathing or anythign else just this little pain. alil like a cramp.

    In light of this i opted to not squeeze the gym i before work and leg day is pushed to tomorrow.

    i was the same way my first cycle. you're just paranoid cause you're taking something for the first time. is the pain in the muscle or deeper? i'm pretty sure you'd be able to tell if it were something other than muscle soreness.

    Just make sure your getting enough water. I know on cycle I get very tight obliques...not sure why that is but I am certain it puts me a risk of pulling/tearing something in that area.

    This sounds like it could be your issue depending upon how deep the cramp/pain is...

    Well it like the lower pec only on the left. It was hapening a bit today not so much. Ill keep monitoring it. It may just be from being new to it. I dont feel paranoid. i am actually stayin pretty calm.

    I was in bad mood. Little things bothered me and stuck with me from last night. I dint snap off at anyone but almost wanted to at a few guests at work.
    I feel stronger for some reason today, when i was moving rugs and tile.
    No other sides i have noticed.
    Hunrgy is still up there but ive been fighting it and making sure i keep things clean.
    I started 20 today.
    Ill be able to have a much more clear mind as i have break from school coming soon and all my papaer form here on out are more spread out.
    I have a football game on Turkey Day morning so i want to be bale to dominate! haha

    yeah superdrol kinda made me moody. i was in a bad mood alot while on it. strength should be going through the roof before yo know it

    Felt great today. I dont have the PreWO N.O. product boost but i def feel in the zone.
    Lat Pulldowns went up.
    During curls i felt as if my skin was goin to rip.
    I hit traps hard casue it works for me, always has.
    Legs i dont need much genetically i have big upper legs.
    Chest is sore from yesterday, the feelingi had is pretty much gone, maybe it was small pumps? As my chest def looks more full as due my arms. Forearms too but i havent directly hit them at all.

    Tomorrow i have a wedding at 530 but im hopin to get in and hit shoulders, abs, cardio, tris maybe chest but if its sore i wont.
    weight is up 4-5 lbs. Staying fairly lean, i havew ab outline.

    Today...
    Sucked. kind of.
    Got up early, dint hit the gym...i know i know im slackin bad.
    I had to shop for the wedding. Still ate good. Only thing was i missed my 2 dose of Mdrol and had to take it late....very veyr late as in 2:00am late. I just forgot my pill containerat home. So tomorrow will be....

    Lift then first dose.
    Sadly my chest pain is still occuring and it is still only on the left side. I was dancing(or tryin to) tonight and noticed nothing bad.

    No other sides to note.

    So i will continue this cycle.

    Just started gettin the chest pain. Well i just rubbed the muscle about 1inch under the nipple on my pec and it feels knotted compared to the other side. mmmmm....i may try to heat itor ice or 30 sec. of each for ahwile tomorrow during football.

    Mood was fair. Got into a bit of an arguement wiht my mom over dumb shyt, nothin new there.
    Workout started strong but seemed to slowly fall off. So at mid way i took a 5-10 break ot hydrate and rest.
    DB Press- 18 15
    pushups - 20
    Seated Row- 12 10 8 6 lbs:reps ratio is up.
    Cable crossover- 10 8 6 Lbs:reps up
    Hammer Curls - 9 Dropset w/ 20 @ 20lbs
    Lat Pulldowns - 10 8 6 6 Lbs:reps up
    Straight arm front raises(?)- 15 10 8
    Bent single DB row- 8
    rested here.
    Pulldowns(tri's) - 10 8 8 dropset w/15 lbs:reps up
    Dips - 20 16
    Cardio - 5min @ 150 bpm

    Overall, good mentality. Felt strong. Chest felt ok.
    Legs are killing me still. From leg day and that i squeeze in cardio.

    Contemplating pickin up some BCAA soon.
    Look bigger...and weight is still up. Ill weigh in in the morn.
    At the wedding last night i had multiple people grab my arm like i dint know what they were looking for. It was funny, i was wearing a fairly loose bleakc shirt so i must have still looked swoll.

    PS- Cant wait for holidays and to let the family see me.
    Anyone think Clen would be a bad idea maybe half way through PCT? If not i may just bulk hard through it and then cut hard.

    To me the weight means nothign right? I mean if i lift 50lbs less than you but we both lift for the same reps...what does it matter? I will lift final lifts after cycle w/ weight. I write down all my big lifts and major difference in a notebook.

    Pics...well. I have a camera phone. Im a pretty broke at home college student.(i have a new car, phone, food bills) This christman i may get one. The girl that was goin to take them for me, we got into an arguement. She choice not to talk to me for a week and thats why. She said she will take post cycle for me. Then i will also take post post cycle therapy ones also.

    Today i noticed no differences. I am only at 5+ lbs. I am thinking it casue i uped my calls a bit. Then cleaned them up. I do see size improvement though.

    I am currently searching for an "old" more reliable superdrol.
    I have DX3 and Methylvol in a cart right now.

    The weight is up though in lifts. I havent went to big bench, squat, dead yet.

    The plan rihgt now is to go through PCT. Clen. Then basics for awhile(creatine, preWO boost, nighttime supp.) Then go back on to either Hdrol or another SD clone.

    I know this log isnt crazy detailed but my next one will be.

    EDIT: Conpemplating goin to 30 3rd week. decide by wed. Also, i know this is a noob question but if i see no gyno signs, no ball shutdown, libido issues or anything. Do i really need Torem? I bought alot(i have anxiety and OCD issue kind of) but now im thinking i will never use any of it.

    Pics...well. I have a camera phone. Im a pretty broke at home college student.(i have a new car, phone, food bills) This christman i may get one. The girl that was goin to take them for me, we got into an arguement. She choice not to talk to me for a week and thats why. She said she will take post cycle for me. Then i will also take post post cycle therapy ones also.

    Today i noticed no differences. I am only at 5+ lbs. I am thinking it casue i uped my calls a bit. Then cleaned them up. I do see size improvement though.

    I am currently searching for an "old" more reliable superdrol.
    I have DX3 and Methylvol in a cart right now.

    The weight is up though in lifts. I havent went to big bench, squat, dead yet.

    The plan rihgt now is to go through post cycle therapy. Clen. Then basics for awhile(creatine, preWO boost, nighttime supp.) Then go back on to either Hdrol or another superdrol clone.

    I know this log isnt crazy detailed but my next one will be.

    yes i would use the tor. no physical signs of shutdown doesn't mean anything.

    there will be some shutdown + lowering of testosterone even if you dont feel it much, and the serm will help make sure that the massive estrogen conversion that will go on as the test levels start to swing up don't cause gyno

    Good day.
    I decided today even tho things are going....ok. Ill be bumping to 30 wednesday for the final week. I se no reason not. Most that happens is i see no further gains and always the chance of increase in sides.

    I hit chest hard today and will be hittin legs hard tomorrow. I know if you look at my workouts it looks like im strictly upper body but i am by no means un proportioned and i do have good genetics for legs.
    I will have Post cycle pics(me and the girl are straight now) and then i will have post PCT ones also.
    Today was....
    5 minute eliptical
    Flat DB press- 15 10 8 6 4
    DB presses- 10 8 8 dropset 15
    Side raises - 10 8
    front raises(palm up)- 10 8
    Cable crossovers(down to up) 15 10 10 8 5
    " " (up to down) 10 8 8 6
    Tricep pushdown - 10 8 6 dropset 15
    DB Shrugs - 10 8 8
    DB curls - 10 dropset 20 / 8 dropset-12
    Rack Pulls - 10 8 6 5 3
    alternated with
    Shrugs - 15 12 10 8

    I feel great. Chest is def. looking more full today.Fairly lean still. weight is up another 1lb. I have been upping my carb a bit though, good carbs(oats, WW bread, brown rice)

    Future plans. PCT - Clen - Nothing - Hdrol - PCT - Nothing- New SD clone. I know im thinkgin ahead but this is what my plans are as long as nothign extreme happens.

    I do like Mdrol in light of whatever is goin on and this final week at 30 should be great.
