Ok...just for you.

If the Q. was directed toward me, well. I was NOT 1500 over regularly. Somedays i was only at 3,000. I dont need many cals before my body starts to store them. I can eat maybe 3 times a day for a good base of energy. If i eat to far over it just makes me feel tires no matter how clean. Heres an idea, and im not sure exactly how much this adds up to but this is a full full day of food for me....

Now that is off the top of my head. NExt cycle i will log my diet specific to what i eat.

I am a carb guy, i love them and have no problem eating them all day. Protein is easy for me to get more of i dont focus on it. Between ground beef, chicken and a shake i usually get my protein for the day no problem.

I will tweak for Clen and prolly go at maintenince or below. I will for sure focus more on protein and i understand Clen help protein synthesis(in lab subjects) Carbs will end at 8-9. Also more focus on veggies.
I have a bit moreresearch to do on it though.

Wow, I just found out that you can get turkey hot dogs with no saturated fat or cholesterol!
Fry some onions in olive oil (rather than vegetable oil) and I gots me a healthy hot dawg!

oh man, im gettin eager, i need my freakin paycheck so i can get some Clen...
I am not likin how this Hdrol situation may turn out. I may run it solo and see how it goes. Why buy 2 $72 non-methyl to run prior and have that be it you know.

The AH-89. yes. They stock it regularly, its expensive and i want to see how Hdrol even goes. Im not to concerned about CEL cycles right now. Im more focused on Clen then gettin another SD clone.
