Sadly i have to take off today. Pretty P.Oed casue i love back day. I had a stuffy nose yesterday, dry throat. Today its pretty bad still. Stuffed nasal, pressure under my eyes, jaw hurts. I am goin to grab some stuff from walgreens i saw in the nutrition thread.
I usually dont get sick and it happend at the begining of this cycle at day 3 or 4 i think, went away now back. I am guessin the compound broke my immune system a bit.
Tomorrow i dont work till 2 so i WILL be in the gym before then. I think i needed an extra day off anyway, this could be slight overtraingin induced also.

Ok im a little P.O. still but not really.
I am not goin to the gym today. I had a girl over last night so i was up till 3....
I feel a bit better today before even takin any cold stuff.
Tomorrow i am screwed casue my ghey gym closes at 5 and i work till 4 (gym) (me) Im prolly goin to run tomorrow before i go to a friends for UFC.
I hate takin 3 days off, i hate 2. I have football T-day morn. So im goin to try and squeeze some stuff in before then. Wed im takin off for sure.
Im at 30mgs now.
Lost 1lb so im up 4 this whole cycle.
I am not disappointed as strength has gone up but wish i woud hav got some more size.
My Hdrol as isaid before will be stacked with a very positive feedback non-Methyl as the supp store i found it at said they would ship.
I feel like my cycle is falling appart a bit but ill hang with it and just prepare myself for PCT and then Clen.

Thats actually why I pulse Mental. You can stop if you need to and you havent lost anything. My life is hectic and I never know whats coming up.

Also keep that fish oil up!

Thanks broski i will for sure after hearing about you.
I am a all or nothing kind of person so that where it gets me. I was thinkign pulse for awhile and then i realized i have the knowledge and right supps to handle it. I still think the PH is part of the source of my sickness. I think it may have weakend my immune system and functions in general. Ill continue my PH journey one step at a time.

Seeing as its your first cycle, the pulse should work well for you. The pulse method is so much more flexable, and less harsh on the body.
For example:

Monday - superdrol + fish oil
Tuesday - Cycle Support +fish oil+Zinc+vitamin C (immune)+ Hx2
Wednesday - superdrol+ Fish Oil
Thursday - Cycle Support +fish oil+Zinc+vitamin C (immune)+ Hx2
Friday - SD + Fish oil
Saturday - Cycle Support +fish oil+Zinc+vitamin C (immune)+ Hx2
Sunday - Cycle Support +fish oil

Also by "pulsing" the separate larger doses of Zinc and Vitamin C (but do take you multi every day) you get the added benefit of increased immunity & your body never becomes accustomed to the larger doses so they maintain their effectiveness. I'm particularly prone to colds, but with this method, i haven't had a cold since last September.

Pusling also allows you to get "sick" and take a day or two off.

I suggest also taking AirBorne on your workout days. It helps prevent colds. Works a charm. Dont take it every day though - as its effects will diminish. Wish NP would add it to their inventory, it really is a great cold preventing tool.

Thanks man. Ill prolly not pulse for awhile casue like i said my next PH cycle is goin to be a non-methyl AH-89 then into Hdrol. Should be sic. I think part of my cold is being in chicago and the weather has been all messed up.
Today i feel much better...sadly i work tomorrow. sunday night also but I WILL be there before work i get POed when i miss 2 or more days...
Things happen, i learned. See how it goes from here.

EDIT- work at 7 i shouldn't be up at 12:15, but i am. I am gettin a back pump lower to mid back region. 2nd day at 30mg. See hwo the week plays out. I am def feeling more full still, solid. And i ate like a mofo today clean so i should get a 1-2lbs back.

I dont feel like i ate to much but not enough of what i need. I worked at 2 and woke up at 10 so i did what i could.

EDIT x2- haha i forgot to mention, one of my favorite drinks now is 2 scoops Powder Gatorade, CitMalate, Taurine. Sometimes i throw in Poseidon and FocusXT one or the other. I did the FocusXT today and 2 days ago...wow work def felt better i wasnt all droopy and slugish. I felt awake and attentative.

Hmm dude you should be gaining like a elephant. Try increasing your cals a little see if that helps, especially on 30mg. SD is a glycogen hungry beast.

Ok so ive been dosing 10mgs at 7am 8-9am another 10mg then at night 10 for ease of gettin in support supps...also i have been since yesterday afternoon, been taking 2g Omega 3, i feel fuller still. Not sure what it is but my arms, shoulders,upper back, calfs, forearms general size. I will have to weigh myself tomorrow and see if its any different. Vacularity is still up and slightly more-so. Maybe i need a higher dose? Mashed does well at low doses, everyones different. I am hittin the gym hard tomorrow-wed but wed will be cardio only cause i dont want to be sore for football, supposed to have 30 or so people....

haha what? I drink alot of milk already i cant bear anymore. I dont wantt o be shytin my brains out. I drink milk alot. I used to drink 2% a year or so back, then switched to skim.

Tonight i start PCT after a 3 1/2 week cycle of MDrol at 10/20/30
Good-
Little strength increase
up 5lbs
ab area seemed to of lost some fat.
legs a bit more defined
Chest more full
vascularity up a bit.

Bad-
had chest cramps or something first 1 or so.
Had 2 minor colds witch def hindered results
The MDrol may not be all that great(See "CEL continued" in Nutraplanet section)
Even if it was placebo effect, im not complaining.

Today.
New Rep to weight on Good AMs. Pulldowns same weight but more reps

Tonight i will begin PCT with one dose of everything and 120 of Torem.

I dont think i will be logging my PCT unless there is alot of interest for someone....?
I will log my next cycle in more detail. It will be Clen or Non-methyl bridged to HDrol, only time will tell.

Thanks to the selct few who popped.
