Alright here it goes, since college I have been gradually getting more and more out of shape mainlyto long work hours and not being able to eat right. I got a new job over the summer that allowed me to get back to eating better and getting to the gym more. So I feel now is the time to run a recomp cycle and see if I can't get my ass back in better shape. Here are my stats and plan, feel free to critique....
BF% Under 16%
wk 1-14 Test @500mg per wk
wk 1-14 EQ@600mg per wk
wk 11-14 t3 and clen
I've done 2 cycles before in college, and had great results on them bulking wise, and noticed my gains slowed to a crawl at week 10+, so thats why I chose that portion to run t3 and clen.

Madhops with your test and EQ will you be using anything to take care of blood pressure, cholesterol issues etc?
You may want to take a look at a product by the name of Cycle Support.
