Alright here it goes, since college I have been gradually getting more and more out of shape mainlyto long work hours and not being able to eat right. I got a new job over the summer that allowed me to get back to eating better and getting to the gym more. So I feel now is the time to run a recomp cycle and see if I can't get my ass back in better shape. Here are my stats and plan, feel free to critique....
BF% Under 16%
wk 1-14 Test @500mg per wk
wk 1-14 EQ@600mg per wk
wk 11-14 t3 and clen
I've done 2 cycles before in college, and had great results on them bulking wise, and noticed my gains slowed to a crawl at week 10+, so thats why I chose that portion to run t3 and clen.
