Yeah you should just run it in short cycles.. no need to stress the body more with extended runs. I abhor Clen for the racing heart it gives me.

I think you will notice you will dice up just as good without clen with a few tweaks.

I thought the clen was going to kill me this weekend. Nothing like all that clen in a little building with no air and 100 300lb hot sweaty powerlifters...I was sweating for 2 days straight. Lol cant wait to go to the gym andd see my weight. I HAD to have sweated off 5 lbs.

Just watching the squat 1190 wore me out.

What do you think of doing cardio 2x a day?

And how about albuterol? Is that going to also have an extreme stim effect?

What tweaks would you recommend? I don't want to lose ground when I cycle off. I really have to be in top form by the Olympia.

I'm getting small muscle spasms here n there in some weird spots....like tonight I yawned and got a muscle spasm under my chin! Gotta be the worst spot to get one. Then I was walking down a ladder in flipflops and got a nasty spasm in my foot. So I've got some poseidon on order and a bottle of taurine waiting for me, and going to double my water intake. Should help a lot.

The fast heart rate I can handle, I think clen makes me feel less anxious in general than albuterol does tbh. Definately not the nicest compound though. It's not for everyone that's for sure.

I got those cramps the first week but my workout drink is Extend BCAA's with taurine and beta-alanine and and then i supp with DCP during the day and I have NO cramping at all. I hated those even little things set them off, charlie horses everywhere.

Since I'm a reformed, lol, stim junkie i don't have much trouble with a racing heart. Just a tightening feeling and some headaches. Matt broke our bottle of T3 last night so its clen on the solo for a week. Then i'm cycling off

Do you use taurine in your workout drink? That and DCP have stopped the cramping for me..If you run it again you might try it. The bulk taurine is tasteless so you can add it to whatever you already take.

used taruine caps, they helped but i could have used something more... i'm considering running it again but not sure, i'v been on a slow cut for about 6 weeks and am deciding if i want to continue cutting and try for 10% or switch over in a few weeks to a lean bulk for winter
