I would start with at least 40 mgs pre-workout. I didnt notice much while using less than that. I preferred 60-100mgs daily though, ya can really feel its effects then: focus, positive aggression, strength (whether it be due to increased focus or the androgenic factor), helps with pumps obviously. Hope that helps some.
