My buddy just gave me a bottle of 1-AD. Ive been taking 2 pills a day for 10 days just wondering if it would be better to go to three pills for a shorter time or 2 pills for longer. I have 40 pills left. This is my first cycle of 1-ad. probably be the only one for a while till i get older but hey it was free so why not by the way im 20yo 6'3" 227 been training for about 4 yrs trying to transition from powerlifting to bodybuilding. any info would be greatly appreciated
