Hello, I think my friend has decided what he wants to use for his next cycle. He has only done one cycle, and it was a 30-day 1-AD/4AD stack and loved it. Great mass gains, and strength went through the roof.
Now, he wants to do a 6 weeker of Generic Labz Mega-H and Mega-TRN. He is 5'10, 190 pounds, about 15% bodyfat. He would like to add some lean mass while losing fat at the same time (recomp. cycle is what you could call it).
He isn't sure if he should eat at maintenance, below maintenance, or above maintenance. I would assume he should eat maybe 500 calories above maintenance in order to see the results he wants? Diet is very good, sticking to mainly BROWN RICE, oats, whey, chicken, lean ground beef, wheat noodles, wheat bread, milk, bananas, and casein.
As for the actual cycle, he was considering dosing it like this:
Week 1: 50mg H
Week 2: 50mg H
Week 3: 50mg H
Week 4: 50 or 75mg H, 2mg TRN
Week 5: 50 or 75mg H, 4mg TRN
Week 6: 75mg H, 4 mg TRN
He wants to add the TRN in the fourth week so he can get an idea of the effectiveness of H by itself for the first 21 days. Should he start week 1 at 25mg H, or is that too little? Considering GL uses 60, 25mg pills, he is also going to order CEL H-Drol so he has enough H for the stack. He has another bottle of Mega-H, but wants to save it for a later cycle.
Cycle Support will be taken throughout the stack and during post cycle therapy. Nolva and Retain will be used during post cycle therapy. Post cycle therapy will look like this:
Day 1-4: 60mg Nolva
Day 5-14: 40 mg Nolva
Day 15-30: 20mg Nolva
The main goal with this 6-week stack is to lose some fat and gain some muscle and strength (don't we all ). The only thing he's really concerned about is the caloric content each day, and whether he should stay at maintenance, below, or go above. I would assume he would go above maintenance, but only by about 500-700 calories per day.
