Cardio will consist of light swimming mornings(active recovery/laps/stretching/water running)/stationary bike evenings (.5-1hr).

INJURIES: herniated disc, tendonitis left elbow, bad joints overall (arthritis).

GOALS: Recomp, Strength, lose as much body fat as possible. If I gain 5-10lbs thats cool, but lose fat.

Post Cycle Therapy:

wk 2: Toremifene 60mg, Maca (12g), Deisel Test 2040, Trib Test, Retain (3 caps), etc
Wk 3: Toremifene 30mg, Maca (12g), Deisel Test 2040, Trib Test, Retain (3 caps), etc

Cabergoline @ 1.5mg per wk may also be used 1st 2 weeks post cycle therapy.

I also have quite stash of Metformin Hydrocyloride 850mg, a prescipt for increasing insulin sensitivity. I have no diabetes/insulin prob just got this stuff around, have used it before for 1 month didn't notice much, think it'd be good to throw in PCT for synthesis w/ creatine + anabolic sensitivity to food, so get me better thru PCT, retain gains better?

Will also go back on Selegeline 5-10mg day @ begin of PCT.

Last PCT (PP cycle) the Tor got me up and running in 3-5 days. PCT may only be 2 wks depending on how it goes, as far as Tor. Will run other stuff at least 3 wks + creatine mono, glycergrow, citrilline malate, beta alanine, tarine, etc. Last PP cycle was not shut down bad. Anyone recommend a good stim? Stim X at 3 caps + 500mg caffeine + yohimine hcl 3 caps don't do all that much to me. Don't like Synephrine, dirty/jittery above 2 caps. AMP loses effect after 2 or 3 times.


DIET:
Looking @ 3500 cals clean, 60/30/10, may bump to 4000 cals, maintenance is @ 3200, will try to get from solid food.

Today is 1 wk into cycle. So far not so good. Started @ 40mg instead of 30. Very little strength gain, put on about 3-5lbs eating not much above maintenance (not wanting go put on much weight, recomp). Main prob is extreme lethargy and my joints are killing me. Man, I'm groggy as hell. Didn't feel this way at all thru PP cycle. This lethargy is a killer. Anyone else react bad w/ lethargy on Ergo Max?

Anyways....change of plan so I'm incorporating 10-20mg Havoc tomorrow along w/ the 40mg of Ergo I'm at now. If I react well to the Havoc I may just drop the Ergo Max soon altogether.

Since there's been so much interest in this log, I've decided to update it.

End of Week 2

Weight: +8-10lbs (I'm sure some of this is water)
Bf% per Omron: 15.7 (but it varies)
Strength: Some improvement not much but better last 2 wkouts.

Sides: BP is normal. Joints are aching pretty bad. Insomnia.
Lethargy.

Dosing

I was thinking of dropping Ergo Max because of lethargy but have decided to run thru my supply. This is dosing so far.

Days 1-7: Ergo Max Lmg @ 40mg
Day 8: Ergo Max Lmg @ 40mg, Havoc @ 10mg
Day 9: Ergo Max Lmg @ 40mg, Havoc @ 20mg
Day 10: Ergo Max Lmg @ 40mg, Havoc @ 30mg
Day 11: Ergo Max Lmg @ 40mg, Havoc @ 40mg
Days 12-14: Ergo @ 40mg, Havoc @ 40mg, DHEA @ 150mg

I began to see improvement in lethargy and aching joints when I added DHEA. This is also helping w/ aching joints and perhaps lethargy to some extent:

Sesathin: approx. 2 tsp per day
CLA: 6 caps per day
Coconut oil: 2 tsp per day
Natty pb: 2 tsp per day
Flax caps: 3g per day

Adding Damage Control Protocal @ 3 caps per day today.

Dosing was 40mg Ergo/40mg Havoc.

Workout yesterday began to feel fatigued, hot, lethargic. Got home checked BP. 158/92. Not good. Iced myself down, felt really exhausted but had pretty good workout actually, LOL. Dosed some Hawthorne/Celery seed, layed on couch for hrs and felt really blah.

Stopped the Ergo, its out. BP is dangerous high I think. Today just running Havoc @ 40mg BP in good range 130-140/80, normal for me is 120/80. Havoc just kills my joints. I suspect Havoc effects my BP more than Ergo too but running w/ it. Now just running Havoc/DHEA.

Journey continues....

Day 24. This has been a "messy" cycle. Really haven't felt good from the start like on previous PP cycle. Ergo Max LMG and Havoc don't agree w/ me that well I think, these compounds effect people differently. Ya learn, I guess. Dosing is now:

Havoc 30mg/DHEA 150mg/Mega TRN 4mg

This is 1st day of Mega TRN @ 4mg, started it 3 days ago @ 2mg. Felt strong today, much better. The TRN might agree w/ me :cool:

My joints are dry as hell, painful, the Havoc, db agree w/ me now. BB work is tough on my joints now, painful.

BP has been an issue. WATCH THE SUMMMER HEAT! Stay hydrated, do the hawthorne, celery seed. I'm monitoring BP everyday now.

I'm much more encouraged after today. I just weighed myself, I'm up 16lbs, WTF!!!, this is a recomp, LOL, I'm eating maintenance or below. The TRN is blowin me up!

Nips a little sensitive, psychosomatic I think, no gyno flare up I don't think.

Everyone at BB.com is running havoc/epistane w/ DHEA to improve Test levels, help joints as havoc suppresses Esto levels so harsh. Man is this sh#t dry!

Major side is LETHARGY. Other than that all ok. Definitely feelin the strength from the TRN, as for the Havoc don't know what its doin really except maybe the lethargy and dryness. Seen that 30mg is sweet spot for havoc/epistane, some say run up to 50mg, don't know about that. If I go 6mg TRN (afraid of sides), I'll drop havoc down to 20mg.

Was gonna do some db shldr presses but didn't get around to it. The TRN is causing some pretty consistent insomnia, resorting to some valium/xanax/seroquel couple of brews to knock me out. Don't like doing that but.... Didn't sleep at all last night.

I may run for 7 wks, that would be TRN @ 4 wks. Don't wanna run the TRN longer than 4 wks. I'm debating bumping TRN up to 8mg last wk. Is it worth it? As far as strength/sides calculation? I haven't seen any logs running it to 8mg.

No gyno, I think the Havoc maybe helps in keeping the TRN under control in that regard. My nips do seem kinda cute :lol:
sometimes, little distended. No gyno no lumps tho.

Weight: +10-15lbs (varies alot but 10 solid, eating @ maint)
BF%: 16% (this is dropping slowly :) )

So far, mirror says recomp is goin good. Do have water weight bloat, waist is "fat."

Comments: Sleep getting little better but still using sleep aids. TRN caused back acne pretty bad. No bad "aggression." Lethargy still bad but pushing thru it, just kinda takes twice as long or x 3 or x 4 or x 5 :lol: to do anything. Joints sore, ice, heat, ice, heat, cissus, glucosomine/chondroitin, celedrin, Poseiden. Libido slowing but still there. Nuts about 2/3 normal, mushy kinda (MACA, man, MACA). TRN givin some serious strenght gains just don't think Havoc is best thing to go w/ it. Prostan/Mega Zol/Winztrol the "winny" orals I think might be best w/ it. When I ran Prostan wasn't near as dry as Havoc, and had elevated mood thru out. I like the TRN alot but the insomnia is really bad, be good to have a "feel good" to go w/ it, like Pheraplex, Prostan (felt good on it, joints not too bad and I got BAD joints, arthritis), good to find somethin to offset the insomnia/lethargy altho Havoc might be causin most my lethargy.

Anyways got some stuff comin, lookin for the Reset AD, so I think I'll go a 7-weeker on this, push thru. 7 wks I start to wear....

Ran out of Cycle Support so picked up some Hawthorne, Celery, etc at Vitamin Cottage.......
