| Proud Daddy! :) | Day 21 Did some odd/ends on monday arm, legs, minor shoulder workout 2hrs total. 8/10 workout shoulder bb press: 45 for 8 x2, 55 for 8 x2, 65 for 6 x1. Shrug machine: 230 for 12 x2, 320 for 8 x2. (these felt really good!) super BB straight curls: 55/27 for 10 x1, 65/30 for 8 x2. BB forearm curls: 65 for 8 x1, 75 for 8 x2, 85 for 6 x2. Hammer DB Curls: 45 for 10 x1, 65 for 8 x1, 75 for 8 x2, 85 for 6 x1 Skull crushers: 55 for 12 x1, 65 for 8 x2, 75 for 8 x2 Dual cable stack bicep curl: 45 for 10 x 2, 35 for 8 x 2, 25 for 12 x 3. Tri cable pull downs (super setted with cable curls): 50 for 12/70 for 8, 70 for 8/90 for 8, 80 for 8/110 for 8. Misc Abs: straight and side crunches. 45 reps per. Good points: Pumps were great as usual. Strength is def up. felt really good and my failures could have been at 10+ reps if i wanted. Shoulder/tri pain wasnt that bad this workout. Bad points: Still sweating allot. BP isnt that bad, not as bad as it was on superdrol. slithgtly above normal. Weight is 203lbs for the last couple of mornings. | Proud Daddy! :) | yeah, i usually do but not recently for two reasons. One, my lifting buddy recently pulled his back doing dead's, so we started skippin this two months ago. Secondly, i just forgot, even if im alone. Frankly, I havent given it much thought, but if i lift alone ill start doing them again. I have never really been a big fan of dead's, but i know how benifical they are. i am due for an update again....still holding at a lean 205. | Proud Daddy! :) | Update! First of all, sorry for the MIA guys. As i said before, I have been extremely busy with 60+hr weeks, moving, getting settled in, etc, etc. Seemed to come out of nowhere, actually. Anyways, the cycle has continued throughout the time, but i slightly modifed the schedule (which is updated on the main page). I am on my first week of post cycle therapy right now. I will do my best to recap the weeks in my next post, but for this one will be a general overview and effects, experiences, etc. So here we go.... ![]() Overall it has been a good lean bulker and recomp. It has been my first time with ZOL and TRN, and now having experienced them, I would have ran things slightly different. Mainly not been so cautious with the dosage, taken zol up to 350-400 sooner and 6-8 mgs of trn. I could have probably gotten more size/recomp out of this, but oh well. Im happy nontheless. Weight wise i got up to 208lbs for a couple days at wk 4, holding at a leaner 198lbs now. Right now im just trying to keep my gains and stay lean. Kept my workouts at 3-4 days, except wk 6; my right shoulder/tri pain was getting really bad, so i went light with only 2days. I tapered my diet down to 2600-2900 cals at wks 5-6 to hopefully attain a better recomp/sliming effect. I think wk 5 when i moved my diet was sub 2500, though. Diet was pretty clean all weeks, a little sugary on wk 6 but that was it. My only downside was I wasnt able to do my monster ab workout that i had planned for 4days/wk for wks 5-6. I kept the cardio and weights up, but didnt lose all of the lower waist fat that i wanted to. I really, really wished i worked my trunk more, and that i was more aggressive with the zol dosage throughout. I'm sure my increased stress level hasnt helped the fat loss either. ![]() Running Poseidon for the fist time was a major help in indurance and cooling factor during workout. I only have found that i need to keep bumping the grams per day to keep that edge. Im up at 30gms now, comapred to 15 when i started. Here are the indivitual effects as i experienced them: PP: Pro's: Just as i expected from the pp foundation. Mood was great, low to no sides, strength and pumps were sensational, esp with all three compounds. Put on some good size during wk 2-4.5, combinded with teh zol cutting, I looked great at mid wk 3. Bigger but nice and lean, esp in the face/upper body. Con's: only the effects seemed to lower at wk4 (i know this is typical with most users) but usually I get it all up to end of wk 4. Might have something to do with my 3wk pp pulse prior. EDIT: One thing i forogt to mention is that i switched from Pheradrol at end of week 3 and started SNS methyl plex (just cause what i had left with an early exp date). On doing this, in my next workout I did noticed a significant drop in "PP power" and effects. I was really disapointed to say the least, dont knwo if it was a a/b insom thing or what. ZOL: Pro's: Great cutting/vas compound. Cut my arms and shoulders up VERY nicely at wk 2.5-3 and didnt lose it at all. Made my forearms actually smaller, but at every flex/rep, i am very lean looking. I also have veins that i didnt know i had in my arms. Cons: Frankly, only one was minor joint/bone pain as previously mentioned. Took a while for cissus to help, but once it kicked in, it was all good. Other than that, I didnt really notice any at all. TRN: Pro's: strength and endurance increases was awesome! Everything felt light when i got to 6mgs and i got PB's where i thought i was maxed out. Def shaped me up a little and lost some BF during wk4 but im not sure just how much of the fat loss was this vs. the increased zol dosage. Con's: Thinned out my hair a little, libido crash at mid wk5 (after being strong at 2-4mgs), allot more edgy and quick to loose patience with everything going on. EDIT: With this great experience with ZOL/TRN and that i want to really start to put on more size without the fat, i am very temped to run another cycle immeditly after wk 6 of post cycle therapy. It would be EPI, TRN & ZOL for 6 wks straight. We shall see though, I may just run EPI and TRN. "Born of a Broken man, but not a Broken man!!" | Proud Daddy! :) | PCT week 1 recap! Quick summary of first week of post cycle therapy (last week till monday). Stats/composition: Dropped to around 195/6lbs for the entire week. Lost a little bri/chest muscle it appears from my light workout week that i mentioned (1-2days). I am still very happy as I am noticbly leaner/vascular than before. :buff buff: Protocol: Nolva 60mg/d, nutraplanet ATD 25mg/d, DHEA 200mg/d, retain2 4 caps/d, FEN 3 caps, 15-20gms CEE/d. Also still taking ai cs, stim x 3-4 days/wk. EDIT: Disco'd the Poseidon. It wasnt doing enough for me to continue using it and having to bump the dosage. I may give it another go at a later time, though. Diet is about 2600-2900 cals/day. Still high pro/carb mix, real clean. Despite being so busy/crazy right now, i am getting good sleep. around 6-8hrs /day during the week, 8-10 on the weekends. ![]() Workout Protocol: 3 days (chest/tri, back/shoulders, legs/arms) with bball cardio for .75-1.5hrs: After reading my last post and seeing how much it appeared I was whining about still having a little side fat I decided to beef up the cardio/sit up regiment to help drop more fat.The middle of this wk1 to middle of wk 2 (this week) I lost even a little more fat! I feel it is mostly to ramping down diet, increased cardio/abs and prob stimx. ![]() Feelings/experience: Overall things have been good. I noticed my mood as improved, even after a ****ty/hectic 12hr day. I am less edgy and quick to anger, for sure. I mostly attribute this to the lack of TRN and the addition of Stim-X. I have def lost some strengh and the forearm pain is back, but not as severe as before. I am still taking cissuc btw, tapering down from my 1500mgs/day. Right shoulder pain has been better, but def not 100%. The Tri portion has dropped considerably! That I was happy about for sure. BP looks good, slightly on the high side, hair has thickined out a little. Recovery i noticed is slightly behind from where it was throughout the cycle. It is probably my 'normal' time now. Kinda sucks on off days. I dont feel like i could hit the gym every day now. lol The boys rebounded very nicely at day 3, and have been large ever since. I wasnt that shut down to begin with, but it was good to see instead of the fluxuation while i was on. Protocol: Nolva 40mg/d, nutraplanet ATD 25mg/d, DHEA 200mg/d, retain2 3 caps/d, FEN 4 caps, 15-20gms CEE/d. AI CS 1x/ed and stim x 2-3 caps, 3-4 days/wk. Diet is about 2600 cals/day. Still high pro/carb mix, pretty clean. I had a craving for sugur stuff the last two weeks. Man, i was bad, but not THAT bad. More snacking on twizzlers/ice cream that i usually do while on post cycle therapy. I am not a sugar guy at all, either. lol Still got good sleep. around 6-8hrs /day during the week, 8-10 on the weekends. ![]() Workout Protocol: 3 days (chest/tri, back/shoulders, legs/arms) with bball cardio for .75-1.5hrs: Still dropping fat at the waistline. Again, I feel it is mostly to ramping down diet, increased cardio/abs and stim-x. My esophagusis about to kill me! Experiencing quite a bit of heartburn here. Sucks... ![]() BP looks good, slightly down from last week. On a weird note, ever since wk 6 of cycle, I sometimes get a light twitch in my left eye lid. Every now and then, its like a natural reflex thing, but it happens 1-2 times a day at most and 2-3 times a week. This also happens in more frequence with my left "wing" on my back. I notice it is triggered when i am relaxing and put my arms back or just standing there. Its entirely normal at work, even on back days. Quite weird.... "Born of a Broken man, but not a Broken man!!" Workout Protocol: 2 days (chest/tri, back/shoulders, light abs): Took a little time off last week, got two solid 1.5hr days in, no cardio. I also jumped the gun and started JW at the reg does on friday to suppliment th ATD. After a 3 day build up in my system, my first workout yesterday on JW was awesome. Much better pumps and intensity! Definetly what i was looking for as i am winding down now. Strength is still up there, but at 60% of what i was on cycle. I do feeel "human" again, but other than that, im good. Surprizingly enough, i still put up 245 for 4 for flat BB bench! Pretty happy with that. I was at 260-265 for 4 at wk 6. Right shoulder/tri pain is much better, almost 100%. Feelings/experience: Overall things have been good. Mood is still good. No lethargy at all. My esophagusis and heartburn have been better, but not gone. Twitching in my left eye lid and wing is still there, but seems to not be as frequent.
