  3. did back/bi's today and got a PR!!!!!:dl:

    deadlifts 405x2 i most likely could have gotten 3 but it would have been hard as hell and i didn't wanna fcuk anything up. i didn't try for a 1 rep max cause my back was sore after that.

    just focused on gettin 8-12 reps for the rest of my workout.

    decline BB bench

    255x10 for 6 sets.

    decline close grip

    225x12,10,10,9,7

    then just did some dips and tri ext's.

    everything is feeling real light. I love it!
