T minus 20min till take off...Chad, what should I use to heat the case up before inject? I have this neck thing that you put in the microwave(has some kind of bead or seed in it, almost feels like pop dorn kernals) or hot water?

get a bowl and run hot water into it. keep the water running and put the bottle in the water and let it warm up.

Alright, I did the right glute because I lifted legs today.

Lunges
Hack Squates
Dead Lifts
Leg Extensions
Calves
Forearms

I think doing nice deep sets will make the prop less painful but I guess we'll find out tomorrow morning.

PI, for example on hack squats I did two warm up sets of lighter weight, bringing my ass close to touching my heels. Then three sets what I would normally do.

you should try hacks with your feet together, going down into almost a catcher's stance...

and by catcher's stance i mean the baseball position, not the fag position.
