Okay, so I'm flattening out...this is annoying me...

I'm not gaining much weight, if any....

I just fitday'd it up and this is what I came up with:

Sodium is kept as low as humanly possible. Sugar as well.

Water, crystal light, propel and skim milk are the only things i drink during the day...

I'm on an anabolic substance. I don't get it.

My training is consitent. I am continually getting stronger. but my muscles don't pop like they did a few weeks ago, vascularity is down...

I'm confused...

Rome wasn't built in a day.

My mass gains weren't really that significant on Havoc either. Strength was through the roof though. I think you're just getting paranoid.

dude i pimped PP like no tomorrow when it was first out, n i still would, BUT i saw almost the same gains on Epi and NO sides cept back pumps (mine sides with PP was oily skin, BAD acne, backpumps and slight thinning that all came right back....)

Strength went up like an old man OD-ing on viagra.

As for mass, not too much. Mass is a tricky one, that's why I take weekly measurements of myself as well. To be honest, if you're gaining 5lbs LBM in a 6 week cycle, that's A LOT! If I can gain 5-10lbs ANNUALLY, I'll be happy with myself. I don't consider myself a "hardgainer", I'm just realistic.

I'm not trying to a d!ck or anything...

But I like DSade and RPN...I like IBE and all of you guys too...theres no way you're gonna catch me talking badly about either. Or giving a biased opinion geared towards either...
