Methoxy TST will be the loader that will be dosed higher as I've heard that it's ineffective otherwise.

Havoc will be introduced after a week of Methoxy TST and be pulsed every other day.

Alpha Drive XL cross into the last two weeks of Havoc and continue 4 weeks as to boost natty test.

Also, Inhibit-E will be introduced at the same time at a low dose from week 8 as well. Doseage will be increased to 2 caps everyday the last 2 weeks of Alpha Drive XL and continue for 1 week following.

Cliff-Noted:

Havoc weeks 2 - 9 @ 3 caps EOD
Methoxy TST weeks 1 - 2.5 @ 5 caps ED
Alpha Drive XL weeks 8 - 11 @ 3 caps ED
Inhibit-E weeks 8 - 9 @ 1 cap ED
Inhibit-E weeks 10-12 @ 2 caps ED

Umm, seems like a bad idea. 9 weeks on a methyl. No SERM in a PCT. Thats setting yourself up for some bad consequences.

Looks very good. Few things I would do.

-Extend the torem another week.
-Probably kick up the Havoc dosage, but decide through results.
-Add some cholesteral, prostate, cardiac and kidney function ancillaries (IMO, drop the anc and add AI's cycle support)

Much better plan than the first. Good Luck.

Thanks for the input. Main reason I'm sticking with 2 caps is because I'm under 200lbs.. and I think that will do.. But like you said I will be basing it off of results. I was contemplating using AI's cycle support but currently money is an issue =/ I could probably wing getting some saw palmetto since it's quite cheap.. Will look into it further..

Get the NOW nutrition prostate support.

It's the best stuff I've ever used. It has saw palmetto and stinging nettle root.

It's cheap at a major board sponsor too.

My Dad (67 years) uses this stuff and likes it better than anything he's ever tried!
