Epistane Log

starting weight-308

starting BF%- not sure, but it is around 18%

starting waist size- 38

Pre cycle blood work:
AST (SGOT) 15
ALT (SGPT) 22
Testosterone serum- 415

I didn't get lipids this time around, and these are levles from a couple of weeks ago. I will get post cycle bloodwork as well
Goals for cycle:
Strength, that's it not looking for any hypertrophic growth since I expect non from my training style. I will post up my routine later tonite. I am looking to recomp so staying at the same weight or dropping a few pounds will be nice.

my caloires will be around 4,000 daily with around 350-375 grams of protein.

Sorry I didn't get to my training post last nite so here it is.
Weight numbers are in kilos
Spull plus Sn 100 x 3 120 x 2 135 x 1 145 x1 for two sets

jerks 110 x 4 130 x 3 150 x 2 160 x1 180 x1

stepups 150 x 5 for 5 sets

BP 117/85

No noticable affects as of yet, I got in just over 4200 cals yesterday.

I'd be interested to know what this product does to your resting heart rate, as well as your BP.

Also, are you taking any BP lowering supplements?

What dose are you running the Epi?

I believe in the other thread he said he was using 40/40/40/40.

I will keep an eye on the resting heart rate. As far as Bp I will try and post it daily. Right now I am not taking any bp lowering supps.

Dosing like Lake said will be 40mgs for 4 weeks

Exclamation what to stack with epistane??????

Hey thats great!

I am getting ready to start an epistane cycle for 4 weeks on Monday.

I wondering what ph/supplement(s) would amplify epistane as a lean mass gainer and/or hardening/cutting agent?

Day 3

No training yesterday, and I will be off until Monday.

Bp today was 122/79

Mood is great I feel good considering I usually feel pretty run-down by the weekend after a hard week of training.

I would give it a go solo since it is your first time using it. It would stack well with a wet compound, something like test or 4ad comes to mind.

GET your butt in the gym! Alright I'm sorry you are 100 lbs heavier than me . lol.

Anyways, I have tried dosing it a few different ways with 4 pills and the best seems to be one in the morning, 2 about an hour or two before training then one at night. The difference between 1 and 2 before a workout seemed pretty big, REALLY put me in the mood to workout.

Also, I know it looks funny on the back of the bottle but 1 pill = 10mg not 20mg.

I have been taking 20 in the morning and 20 right before training. So fas so good, no noticable affects yet but its been 6 days or so.

training day 6

hang sn 105 x 3 115 x 2 125 x 2 135 x1 140 x 1

fsquat 110 x 4 125 x 3 140 x 2 160 x 2 170 x 1 180 x 1 190 x 1 195 x 1

Good mornings 200 x 5 for 4 sets

Strength is doing well so is recovery, hopefuly soon there will be some dramatic affects in this department.
