Here's my current cycle:
Day
1-6: superdrol 10mg
7-15: SD 15mg
16-19: SD 10mg, 1AD 100mg
20-28: 1AD 300mg
29-52: test 100mg dermal, tren 50mg dermal
Diet:
+500 cal on rest days, +750 on workout days.
1.5-1.7g of protein per pound LBM.
I'm on day 15 now, up 8.5# and my waist has increased only 1/4". Strength gains are good. So far it's a bit disappointing as I expected more from SD.
Will update again in a week.
