Day 50 (post cycle therapy Day 9)


Weight:218lbs(+0.5 lb)


Total weight gain: 10lbs

Another quick update today. Pct is going very well at this point and has been the best i've had to date. I can't believe how fast the boys have been turned back on and are already back to normal/slightly larger size......this toremifene is great stuff indeed! I'm slowly titrating down the Torm....currently at 90mg/day, but will have it down to 60mg/day starting next week. Energy maintains being very good at this point. My strength is actually still increasing this week, something I surely wasn't expecting but probably have that to thank for getting my natural levels back up to par very quickly. I've been keeping my kcals fairly high and so far everything is maintaining nicely. I couldn't be more pleased with my post cycle therapy at this point. I'll update again at the end of the week......just a side note the crazy dreams i was having have seemed to subside at this point.

i know this is a little old but do you remember any specific numbers as far as strength increases go? just curious what they were when you upped it to 100.

wormwood- When the dosages were at 100 MG- strength soared and weight that I did for 4-6 reps were now done for 10-12 reps.
When that weight became used warm-ups - H-50 was at it's most potent level. Amazing gorging pumps that did not go away for 2-4 hours. I wish I had kept a log but my FYI- Chest, arms, back, shoulders, legs, doubled in size. Sometimes I look in the mirror and cannot believe what I am seeing. Don't get me wrong I was muscular before and had been bodybuilding for about 16 years- but now I look like I could compete with a few more improvements and more time to prep.

holy ****. i wish i wouldnt have bought 10 bottles of superdrol and would have spent that money on halo instead.

how much weight did you gain? fatloss as well?

I went from 19% BF- January to 10% July 31- to 9.78% August 15.
It's hard to say how much muscle I gained in lbs since I weigh the same as I did when I started. I turned fat and mass into quality lean muscle. I would guess I gained 5 lbs of muscle and lost 1.5 inches off my waist- Halodrol helped give me the "V" and made my muscles rock-hard. Now Zol is doing that.

I can say from my standpoint there was a significant difference in the effect of the product once I increased to 100mg/daily. I noted much better strength increases at this dose, but i definately feel that halodrol at 50mg/daily is seriously underdosed for people over 200lbs like myself. It's a great product and one hell of a recomper.

I second that. I plan on going to 150-200 MGS next time around. With Mega-H being non-methylated it will only be less risky.

Just wanted to chime in I checked with a few people and Mega-H is methylated didn't want you to get carried away

I'm not quite sure why people thought that mega-h being a halodrol clone was a non-methyl......anyways I myself think that going above 100mgs/day is a little risky. If I could have changed anything from my cycle i would have increased to 100mg/day much sooner. I was very pleased at the results 100mg/day gave me.

Well then i think I've decided upon my next cycle:

Test prop- 100mg ED wks 1-4, 125mg wks 5-8

Hmax: wk1-75mg
wk2-100mg
wk3-100mg
wk4-125mg

now what should i use for the last 4 wks...hmm

with prop at 125mg ed you don't need anything imo except perhams and anti-e because that is alot of test

Trauma - did you run the MegaZol as you had planned in wk 5-6 at 150mg/day? I didn't see it in your log after the first post. If you did incorporate it into your cycle, did you start at 150mg and increase in the 6th week to 200 or so? Just curious...

Forgot to ask also, was wondering on your thoughts of adding MegaTRN to the mix as well? And if so, where you think it would be good to fit in?

I never did end up adding megazol into the mix b/c i was already pretty lean and hard towards the end of the cycle. I do think that Mega-TRN would work well with this cycle. Maybe having a stack as follows:

M-TRN: weeks 1-3 (2mg,4mg,4-6mg)
M-TST: weeks 1-6 (6mg,6mg,6mg,8mg,8mg,10mg)
Halodrol:weeks 4-6/7 (75mg,100mg,100mg,100-125mg)

This is how I would probably run my stack and may in the future. Not sure if i ever would increase the halo to 125mg/day b/c i had great results at 100mg/day. I think this stack has very good potential though.
