Yeah looks good, but one question....how much do you weigh? Adjusting the halo in my opinion is going to depend mainly on your weight. For example I started out at 208lbs......now 216.5. I didn't get much from 50mg, but really started feeling it at 75mg. Some people have had really good results at just 50mg. I suggest you start low and adjust dosage as you see fit. You'll be able to tell if the gains stall and need to alter the dose a bit. Best of luck with the cycle and let me know if i can help in anyway.

Didn't weigh in today


Today was shoulders. First off I want to say that it appears since increasing the halo to 100mg/day that the strength gains have seriously kicked in. The past few days have noted some impressive strength improvements. I banged out 90lb overhead DB presses today for a solid 8 reps....beats my previous best of 85lbs for 8 reps. Also I feel an increase in androgenic sides over the past few days.....aggression is definately up, but very tolerable. By nature i'm not a very aggressive person so i definately notice it. I have been mildly lethargic over the past few days with restless sleeping.....probably the result of bumping the halo dosage to 100mg. I'm going to take lean dreams tonight as that always does the trick for me. Appetite has been good for the past week. I still don't seem to be holding much water at this point, maybe a little but not much. Painful pumps returned today also, but seriously hasn't hampered my training that much. A little stretching goes a long way. For some reason though my delts by far give me the worst problem with the painful pump issue. Libido still good, although not elevated like it was. I'll weigh in again tomorrow.

Hey-
I appreciate the info. I am stacking Halo/TST and have set up either a cycle that goes Halodrol- 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, 100 mg, 75 mg and then finally week 6 50 MG (5 days) TST- would be 6 MG, 8 MG, 10 MG, 10 MG, 8 MG, 8 MG, and 5 days of 6 MG with an addition of Mega-Zol for 2 weeks for the round-out finish. What do you think?

Quick question: how do you recc upping the halo dose if you just have the tablets? i weigh 215, so though i might benefit from using 75-100 instead, but is it a good idea to try and break that tablets in half??

also, i only have one box from the original batch, so id have to buy a new box to do it..is it a bad idea to mix batches??

iceberg do you think it's necessearry to go 10mg on the tst 6mg is the highest i've seen so far I don't think i've seen 8mg yet.

I weigh 230- the tablets are scored so you can just cut them in 1/2. IMO it doesn't matter if you mix boxes. Its' still the same thing right? I may just go with 100 MG and but I did like Trauma's advice for moving the dosage up slowly as necessary to get the most benefits.

I know I am kind of wondering that myself...but the TST is non methylated and there is a low risk factor. So, I thought I would give it a whirl. My concern is oversaturation but I am moving slowly like the H-50 with this.

ya, they different batches are basically the same thing, but there are all the unresolved(as far as i know) rumors about the first batch containing slightly different ingredients..

The only difference I heard is in the packaging. The store I buy the H-50 from has been my provider since 1996 for everything and they make sure that they are being true to their customers. I would not worry about it. In fact- there is nothing we can do anyways. Inside Marketing always rules the roost and these issues always come up to either help sell another companys product or lead the consumer to another "new and improved" product that tops the trend.

Hey bro.......I think it looks like a pretty good stack. I have debated myself at increasing the TST to 8mg for the last week or so. Once again I would start low and see how you respond to it. I feel I have a pretty good grip on halo and how to titrate at this point. For me it's unreal the difference even between 75mg/day and 100mg/day. I've responded WAY better at 100mg/day and this week the gains in size and strength are incredible. It looks good, but start low and be safe.

Just split the scored tabs in half and take your doses at timed intervals throughout the day. It's important to keep a stable constant hormone level for the product to be very effective. I also always take my Halo/TST with my EFA'S to increase absorbtion.

Hey everyone, had a crazy week at work and haven't been able to update for a few days, but i'm back. Today was chest day. I had another kick ass workout today. My chest has always been a bodypart that i seem to plateau at and have a hard time bumping up the weights...... but not today! If you can believe it I was able to add 30lbs to my previous best on incline press today.....unreal. As I've stated in previous posts it's absolutely amazing the results I'm getting this week since increasing the Halo. While it is tough to tell which compound has really kicked it up a notch, I can say that the synergy between the two is excellent. The TST defiantely has an impact at maintaining elevated libido.....I always notice about an hour after I take it that my libido raises very rapidly. As far as sides go, really not much to report. The first few days of bumping up the Halo i did notice increased retlessness with sleep and painful pumps got worse....but honestly over the past two days they have gone away. Along with the great strength increases this week my endurance has also improved significantly.....I feel like I can train all day without getting fatigued. Appetite continues to be pretty good.....some days better than others though. I will maintain the Halo at 100mg/day for now and may bump TST to 8mg/day. Overall everything is great and i feel great. Lethargy does come and go, but it's very tolerable to me. I'm very very pleased with results to this point, and even better is the minimal sides. I'll probably update again sunday or monday....it's going to be a long weekend at work I have a feeling

Hey Trauma,
I am up to 8 MG TST and I have been flying in the gym. Pumps have been amazing. Doing reps 20-30 for 2 weeks then reps 12-15 for 1 week and vice versa. I see a lot of post where people are doing reps of 8-10 or even as low as 4-6. I was performing reps of 12, 10, 8, 6-8, 6 for a long time and seemed to plateau. Now with this new program I get the best of both worlds as the fast twitch fibers and slow twitch fibers get shocked and the muscle is totally worked. Amazing pumps and vascularity like I have never seen before. Sure, I would get good pumps with the lower rep program but nowhere near what happens now. What do you find best works for you?
