Possible Upcoming Cycle (M-TRN/M-OHN/ZOL)

Goal: Re-comp

Current Stats:
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 185lbs
Body Fat %: 12-14%

Pre-Cycle:
Fish Oil: 10g/daily
Red Yeast Rice: 1200mg/daily
Milk Thistle: 1200mg/daily
NAC: 1500mg/daily
Policosanol: 30mg/daily
Hawthorn Berry: 1100mg/daily
OTC Daily Multi-Vitamin

On Cycle:
Continue with above supplement regime. Add the following,
Taurine: 5g/daily
Potassium: 400mg/daily

Weeks 1-2:
M-TRN: 4mg/daily

Week 2-6:
M-TRN: 4mg/daily
M-OHN: 12mg/daily
ZOL: 150mg/daily

PCT:
Activate: 4 caps/daily
WeeK 1:
Nolva 40mg/RXT 25mg/Reduce XT 75mg
Week 2:
Nolva 30mg/RXT 50mg/Reduce XT 75mg
Week 3:
Nolva 20mg/RXT 50mg/Reduce XT 75mg
Week 4:
Nolva 10mg/RXT 75mg/Reduce XT 75mg


Training will consist of heavy weight training M/W/F and 20-30 minutes of cardio T and TR.

Diet will be clean and stay within 250 calories of maintenance daily.

Why are you running 2 progestins together stacked? its like running Tren and deca, I hope you have no girls, as your libido will be shot to hell. Thats all I can say I would rethink.
 
Your MOHN dosages looks a bit low. I would bump it up to about 20-24mg a day given your size. Also, I would take it for a bit more than 4 weeks because it really doesn't start to kick in until about day 12-14. But that's just me. I'm running a MOHN-M5AA recomp cycle at the moment and I've been dosing low for the first 16 days at about 8mg to conserve for the end. I'll end up dosing anywhere from 32-36 depending on results and/or sides that come along. But I've also got about 70 pounds on you, hence the increased dosage. Cycle seems solid..what's the mohn I never seen that one. Post some pix and ill be keeping an eye on the log man. How's the zol? I've been thinking about using this but how much does it help? Oh well later.

Unfortunately I only have access to a small amount of MOHN, and I dont want it to go to waste.

Apowerz6, I will keep an eye out for loss of libido, if I see it coming I will cut the MOHN short.
 
Your mohn in this cycle is for tendons and soft tissue,joints I'm guessing ?.
Trn alone hurts my libidio, Mohn seems neutral and ZOL never had enough effect so I could ever tell. Why not add Methoxy tst ?

This stack would seriously hurt my libidio, you could be different though.
You have 2 methyls but MOHN is fairly mild .
Superdrol is harsh on cholestrol and I would run it by itself if you have never used it before.
Take a look at the logs going on in GL forum and Bioscience. Methoxy test looks tame and is not methylated and will support libidio and was taylor made to run with trn. Trn supposedly lowers Estrogen and so does Superdrol in some.
 
I have ran SD in the past and liked it a lot. In my case, except for some pain in my calfs, the side effects were almost non-existent. I will look into the TST logs though. Thanks for the input.
 
Looked at the logs, TST sounds good, I've gone ahead and ordered some. I think I will drop the M-OHN, and just run TST/TRN/ZOL. Thanks for the advice.
 
I have similar stats to you and I am running 150mg Zol/4mg Trn on around week 5. Dropped a good amount of BF, strength went up and weight has even gone up slightly for some reason.
 
I didnt start the TRN until I was done with 3 weeks of Zol and I have been running the TRN for nearly 3 weeks stacked with the zol. I am thinking of stretching it out another 1-2 weeks but we will see.

My intake is just below maitenance for a cut which is why its weird that ive gone up a little. I actually checked the scale again two days ago and I was back right around starting weight so its a pretty successful recomp.
