    Thumbs down Worst log ever


    He doesnt know for sure if he is getting 1.5 grams/lb of body weight. 160 lbs and taking PP. 4000 cal at 160 lbs is 25 grams/lb of body weight and he is a meso too. Worst cycle ever, and he doesnt even know it. "Bra's, I gained a pound of fat so far, PP is awesome". This is almost sacrelidge.

    Im not sure after reading a few of your posts you are in a position in which you should be critisizing somebody elses training....

    Maybe your time would be better spent teaching yourself to deadlift...

  7. I remeber reading a log from bb.com that someone posted on here about some kid that was like 165 and was using DNP. Everyone tried to warn him, I believe even a mod there tried to warn him and then the log just stopped.
