Hi guys,

Does anyone have a favorite guide to PCT with regards to diet and excercise? I am having a really hard time dealling with all of the information out there, so I need a little more!

I am pretty sure that I will start to decrease my calorie intake after one week of PCT, and that I will go lighter with the weight training during the four weeks post cycle.

Is there much else to say?

Does anyone suggest a much lighter lifting regimen?
