Hello everybody,
it's time to rock.

Goal is to gain as much muscle and strength as possible. Deadlift meet at the end of August, it'll be my first time competing since spring 2014.

Cycle history:
Many cycles in the past but stopped training in July 2014. Only one 5 week cycle since then.

Cycle plan (may and will change during the journey):
- Sustanon at 500mg/week weeks 1-7, 250mg/day weeks 8-19, 500mg/day weeks 20-26
- Oral trestolone at 75-125mg/day weeks 1-4
- M1A at 40mg/day weeks 1-4
- M-Sten at 20mg/day weeks 11-14 and 23-26
- Dienedione at 120-150mg/day weeks 21-26
- Ibutamoren at 20mg/day for hunger if orals reduce my appetite

Another option is to do 2 shorter cycles. I'll do the decision after this first 4 week blast is done.

On-cycle AI's will be arimidex and formestane.

PCT will probably be
Clomid at 25/25/25/12.5/12.5/12.5
K1NGS BLOOD
Ibutamoren at 20mg/day

I'll post few of my latest training sessions to give you guys an idea of where I'm at right now:

13th of February, legs:
- SLDL without belt, 3x355lbs
- Paused speed squats without belt, 10 sets of 1 @ 220lbs
- Leg curls 5 sets of 8-10 @ 55lbs

17th of February, upper body:
- Paused speed bench press, 6 sets of 3 @ 155lbs
- Seated DB shoulder press, 2 sets of 8 @ 65's
- Weighted chins, 6 sets of 5-6 @ 35lbs
+ arms and delts

21th of Febryary, legs:
- Speed pulls with bands, 6 sets of 1 @ 375lbs + bands
- Paused speed squat without belt, 6 sets of 2 @ 245lbs
- Lunges, 2 sets of 6 @ 70lbs
- Leg curl, 3 sets of 10-12 @ 55lbs

22th of February, upper body:
- Bench press, 5x230lbs and 3 paused sets of 5-8 @ 175lbs
- DB flat bench, 2 sets of 7-12 @ 85's
- Supersetted cable row (245lbs) and DB rear laterals (15's), 5 sets of 10
+ arms and delts





Today is DAY 1.

Morning weight: 183.4lbs

Gear:
500mg/week of test
40mg/day of M1A
75mg/day of oral trest

Training session: legs
- Front squat without belt
1x275lbs
1x285lbs
3 sets of 5-8 @ 210lbs (paused)

- SLDL without belt
3 sets of 5 @ 265lbs

- Leg curls
5 sets of 8-10 @ 55lbs

- Core work

I respond extremely well to test and I just want to "cruise" at lower dose in the middle of the cycle. It'll really shine when I up the dose in the end.

My original plan was to just cruise on 250mg/week at weeks 8-19 but I think I'll throw some msten in at weeks 11-14 just to keep things more interesting. I know the whole cruise thing would make more sense if I didnt't use the msten in the middle of it.

I'm one of those who respond better to short bursts. Longer blasts have never treated me well.

i would keep test the same throughout the entire thing but manipulate and add/remove other compounds.

last thing you want is your test and estrogen yo-yoing

If I did that, I'd run the test at TRT dose.

that would be my recommendation. thats what i do now. test never goes above 300mg/weekly. compounds are either switched or increased every 6-8 weeks

Decent workout, nothing special yet.

In. What's your all time best PR for deadlift?
565 @ 181lbs. But I think my best set ever is 7x465lbs @ 170, done without belt and all from the floor, not bouncing.

Brawn Nutrition. Haven't used this one before but I know their epi and dienediome have worked for me in the past.

I'll know within a week if it is legit or not. When I used it from other brand in the past the pumps were skin bursting and weight jumped several pounds in first week and a half.

It's day 3 now.

40mg of M1A per day

Morning weight: 186.3lbs (+2.9lbs)

I'll hit the gym soon. Gonna try speed pulls with 400lbs + bands.. ☺

Awesome session. Pulls felt so nice that I decided to throw some more weights to the last set. I think next time I'll do 6 sets of 1 @ 430lbs + bands.

I think 6-7 weeks. Got bloodwork done and everything was fine so I thought why not. Not the smartest idea though and I don't recommend it to anyone!

Took upper body massage yesterday. Delts and chest are SORE now

Feelin' like I've been hit by the truck, lol. Sleep has been bad for the last 2 nights so I decided to try if Ibutamoren at 20mg/day helps.

Rest day today. +430lbs speed pulls with bands tomorrow ☺

Not so good session. Had to take kiddo with me to the gym so it was hard to focus on training while watching after him.

I forgot to take chalk with me so my grip failed on 5th set when bands started doing their job... gotta remember the chalk next time and pull 6 singles with 440 + bands ☺

Ahhh yes. I know what you mean! I hate taking unscheduled rest days. But after I do I feel like crushing the weights the next day.

Feeling good already and squats felt great. Haven't weighted myself but looking swole despite the fact that I didn't train nor take orals for a week so I guess weight is going to the desired direction ☺

I'll weight myself tomorrow morning before hitting the upper body!

Pretty happy with progress so far.

I'm pretty sure that my adex is underdosed, .5mg EOD is not enough. Gotta start taking .5mg 5 days a week. Nipples are angry to me now.


Fun fact: I've gained over 34lbs in slightly over 3 months and bf-% hasn't changed that much!

Good session. Kept volume a bit lower because I still felt a bit out of breath and my heart was racing too fast.

Pump was crazy!

Mostly glutes with 27g needle. Sometimes delts too. Scar tissue doesn't seem to be a big issue with thin needles.
