1-Andro/Test E 8 week Log

Hey everyone,
Tomorrow I start my first cycle. I'm going for 8 weeks. I'm gonna be bulking so I'm aiming for 3000 - 3200 calories a day with 120g Fat, 200g Protein and 200g Carbs.


Cycle plans:

1-Andro by Primevil Labs - 300/300/300/300/300/300/300/300
Test E - 500/500/500/500/500/500/500/500

Support:
Ar1macare by OL

PCT:
Clomid 50/50/50/25

I'll be using an OTC AI.


My Stats:

25 yr old
185lb @ about 13-15%

I'm excited to start my first cycle and thanks to everyone that has helped me with my planning and diet!

Any and all input is greatly appreciated!

Why did you decide to runt Test E for only 8 weeks? If you're going to run a short Test cycle, why not choose Test P?

Are you gyno-prone? Do you have Nolva on hand? Do you have a legit AI on hand? Will you be taking any lipid/cardio support?

I've been considering doing it longer if my budget allows. Yeah I have Nolva 20mg. I ordered Ar1macare by OL which should be arriving tomorrow for supper. I forgot to add that in there. I'll fix it real quick.

Today was my rest day but I got bored and did a light workout.

Incline DB Curl dropsets - 3 sets of 10 reps
Bench Press - 3 sets of 10 reps
Push-up - 50
DB Press - 3 sets of 10 reps


Macros so far today:

Calories - 2455
Fat - 110g
Carbs - 205g
Protein - 133g



Normally I do select body parts with a compound movement everyday Something like this:

Monday - Back/Biceps/Abs
Tuesday - Chest/Triceps/Abs
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Back/Biceps/Abs
Friday - Chest/Triceps/Abs
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Rest

I try to do abs daily except on leg day.

An OTC ai to combat 500 mg of test. You better hope you're one of those people who don't bloat just looking at a vial of test.

The A1macare also takes care of estrogen. I will be getting a better AI this week.

Test for 12 weeks. After 8 week Prohormone, throw in Ostarine. PCT will be equally important. Hope you got the good stuff.

Based on your training split, I'm assuming it will be medium intensity with high volume. Have you done this style split before? What was recovery like? Able to keep cortisol and estrogen levels in check in past experience? How's the lower back fat (indication of estrogen imbalance)?

Yeah medium intensity with high volume. I've been doing this routine for a few months now. I tend to recover pretty quick except I'm usually sore a day or two after legs depending on which workouts I do that day. And this is my first cycle so I haven't had to pay much attention to estrogen imbalance.

1-Andro 1-8

Test 1-12

I hope your saying the first. What it be bad if I went from Test E which I'm using now to Test P next week?

Also, got my 1-Andro in today. along with a sample of Wicked PWO w/ DMAA by Innovative Labs. I'm not a fan of DMAA but I'l try it.
Took 200mg 1-Andro and .33ml Test E in each quad. I figured it would burn or something but it didn't.

Just got off work so I'm resting then I'll be working out in a couple hours.

Macros so far:
Calories - 2195
Fat - 77g
Carbs - 194g
Protein - 141g

Nice! Sounds like you have some solid foundation. Yeah, you'll have a much better experience with a 12 week Test cycle, and Prohormones first 8 weeks. The last 4 weeks you can use a cutting agent or simply start Nolva to dry out a bit.

If you don't mind me asking I noticed you had high reps. Are you training for an endurance event? I only ask because going that high can often lead to repetitive stress syndrome. Best wishes

I kinda slacked on food today. I was super busy at work.

I started to do legs today but just couldn't after working 10 hours today.

Day 4

Didn't log my macros today. Probably somewhere in the ~2300 calorie range. I'm noticing the pump is a lot bigger.


Work-out - I moved up a weight in all of them.
Bench Press - 5x 12
Incline Press 3x 10
Incline Curl - 3x 12
Hammer Curl 3x 12
Dumbell Curl 3x 12
Push ups - 50

Day 6

I can notice subtle differences in body comp and work outs now. Muscles look and feel fuller and I've gone up on weights. I haven't weighed myself lately but a solid guess would be maybe 2lbs more than starting, if that.

I've slacked on food/macros lately. I also ran out of protein powder but have 3 tubs on the way. Also been kinda sporadic on my workouts. Oh well.

Work out: Up a plate on bench, up one db size
Bench Press - 8/5/5/5/5
Incline Curls - 3x 10
Preacher Curls Dumbell - 12/10/8
DB Row - 3x 12
Hammer Curl - 3x 8


Also got shin pumps really bad yesterday from walking. Seriously, walking.

I haven't had that problem yet but I have had it lol. Way worse than shins. I couldn't sleep at all and had to go to work the next day on like 7 hours of sleep in 3 days.

Any reason for the 1 andro in this cycle? This compound doesn't tend to kick in till the 3rd or 4th week. Something like dbol, msten, dmz ect would be a better kickstart oral

So your 500mg test e is prescription based?
No lol. That one I had access to through a friend of mine locally. I wasn't trying to run something strong for my first cycle. I needed to see how i reacted to this one first. And so far, no side effects at all.

Day 10

No workout today. Tore my shoulder pretty bad at work today. But strength is definitely up. Before I tore it, I was moving a compressor (160-ish lbs) and tool bag (about 60lbs) and noticed that I wasn't straining as much as I normally would.

Been taking it easy due to my shoulder. I'm gonna have to get it looked at because its still very swollen.

Shoulder's sore but usable. Appt on monday to see if surgery has to happen. All weights are up surprisingly.

Nice work! With the aid of anabolics, upper body in the shoulder area should fill out real nice.

Thanks. That's what I'm hoping. I've been taking it easy on my shoulders this week. I usually add in Side Lat Raises most days but haven't lately.

I forgot about this lol. I had to cut this run short so I'm in PCT now. Gonna run a new cycle next month.

Had to stop due to my shoulder. It just seemed pointless to continue the cycle if I wasn't able to lift to full capacity.
