First, Big thanks goes out to bighulksmash for the chance to log this stuff. I have ran just about every LG product, but a couple. This is one I have not ran yet.

No real Goals set here. Want to see if I gain strength, recovery better and what kind of weight I gain. If it's water or more of a Lean gain. We will see.

I went ahead and started tonight. I'm finishing up 8 weeks of Osta-Elite from Focused Nutrition on Saturday.

First 3 Doses are done... Just noticed something I have never seen in a LG Liquid product. I didn't notice it on the first 2 doses, but my last dose had flakes in it. Gave it an odd texture.

I had to shake mine as well. I had slight flakage after pulling the oral syringe myself. On first doses. After a good shake before use I don't notice them anymore. That stano should be pretty good with the epiandro.

I ran this as one of my firrst supplements ever.it was very enjoyable.no sides at all.

Deadlift Night
Deadlift Ed Coan Program
Week 3

Got straight to it tonight. I ditched the circuit after Deads that Ed has laid out. The GM's and Stifflegs was a no go this week. My back has been angry at me all week and It just started to feel better. So I ditched those and did Kirk Shrugs and Leg Curls instead. Not has much work, but back is good and I'll hit those next week.

Did it again this week. Took my heavy single, turned it into a Double for another PR. Went up smoother then last week too. Had 302lbs for x1...Rounded up to 305 and banged out 2. So that's 5lbs more then last week. Hopefully by the end of this program. I'll bang out a double with 315.

Everything felt kind of heavy. Tried Hook Grip tonight, didn't go well. Pulled all my numbers I had programmed, so all went well and looked smooth. Just a bit off is all. I think it's due to only taking 1 day off after squats to make up a day skipped last week. Sumo and Hook grip was ugly tonight.

Feeling a bit beat up this week. Skipped Arms yesterday and focused on my Arch tonight. Arch is feeling better every week. Loving the yoga wheel. Speeds up my warm ups and has really improved my arch and the way it feels. I can keep a tight arch without pain much longer now.

Heavy Day, but overall Lighter Week..

Just Started 3rd week of Epi-Andro Dosed @1.3ml 3x Daily

Weight up to 192lbs..
Heaviest I've been in a years.Holding just a bit of water, but still have ABs.





Since I hit a 3 new PR's by week 4. I went had and upped my overall PR to 320 and reset the Program. Still cont. from Week 5 thou.

This week as an over all Lighter week.

Deadlift Night... 5th week seems to be a bit lighter then the last couple of weeks. Which was fine with me. My TFL has been a booger these last few days. Didn't feel it at all during Deads. So I'm hoping a couple more days before Squats will be enough.

Update: About 1 week left of these 4 week Blast. Holding a bit of water. Strength is still climbing.

Hit another PR on Bench today. 305x3...Wasn't even a good day. Lifted at an odd hour for me, Back isn't 100% still and the wrist wrap popped off before my 1st rep. Even with all that. 305x3 is awesome and I'm excited to see what next week brings.

Only 4 Full Days left... Strength is still climbing, but slowed down a little. I over did it last week after Deadlifts when I did to much accessory work on my lower back. Skipped Squats and took it easy through my long weekend. Last night was Deadlifts. Belted early, pulled Sumo and only did Deadlifts. No accessory lifts after.

IMO a short 4 week blast of EPI-ANDRO just isn't enough. I will come back and try EPI-ANDRO again in a few months, but run it for 8-10 Weeks. But I will stack it again. If your new to PHs I would run it solo, but after 2-3 runs of PH's. (and over 21) I would recommend Stacking any of the LG PH's with something else to get better results.

Been done and 2 weeks into PCT... Weight has still maint. Strength as cont. to climb. Going to start cleaning up my eating habits. Been killing bad Carbs for weeks now. Cookies, Ice Cream, Cereal, Pizza etc... multi times daily.lol

Loved this short burst cycle, but next time I'll run it for a min of 8 weeks.

Heaviest I got was 196lbs
Current Weight 189lbs
Dropped about 5-7lbs of Water weight..

Strength has been going up and up...Not to worried about the weight loss. Since I compete at 181.

I love LG as well, but it looks like I'm getting dropped from the Team. Been on the team for a while too and held out through the roughest times. Sucks.

Over all it's been a great run these last couple of months have been great. Breaking PR's I haven't broke in a year.
