to extend or not to extend?
as all of you may know if you read my cycle log, i'm currently doing a s1+ cycle.
i was hit late by the ph's, which results really started picking up around the 17th or 18th day. i plan on doing a 28 day cycle, but i was told maybe considering taking a 6 weeker...
i want to take a couple more cycles this year...and i am aware of the "on" time "off" time rules.
what would you all do if it hit you late...i am up 8 lbs by the way, strength just started increasing.

most people prefer 4 week cycles. 6 week cycles have fewer gains and more sides, so you'll have to go off feedback and anecdotal reports...
i personally would stop after 4 weeks.

Originally posted by pogue most people prefer 4 week cycles. 6 week cycles have fewer gains and more sides, so you'll have to go off feedback and anecdotal reports... pogue, i think you reiterated your point slightly different than your intentions. its not that one gains less in a longer cycle like 6 weeks (compared to a 4 week length) but that gains plateau off so a longer cycle is not necessary. its not like one person cuz lose gains after the 4th week
but i do lean towards the month long cycle than closer to 2 months. Sage

If your gains start to level off, then I would stop at 4 weeks. If not, I would definitely consider a 5 week cycle. 6 weeks is probably too long.
