I started off at 90 mgs and bumped it up to 120 for about a week. SOmewhere in there I started to feel fat and my back was *starting* to have some serious cramp issues. I eased down to around 90 comfortably. I am running a cycle scheddule much like your D59, 3/2/3/2/3 BIG OFF. What are your thoughts about throwing some t/d 1-test in there with the same lin-up next round? Good mix or overkill?
I have been having some serious shoulder/ back acne. Just wish SD grew on trees. My prostate is a little sore, but I am prone to that. My two weeks off starts tomorrow.
My strength edurance has really been amazing. I feel like I am showing off everytime I work out. Not that I am the baddest man in the gym but SD is the ****. Oh yeh... Did back and bis today, I am seeing some really vein peaks that I attribute to the SD on my bicepts.

I had break outs more than normal while on cycle...they seem to have died down a bit, but I still do breakout...this usually happens to me through PCT, but goes away a short time after...I have to agree though, SD made me break out like a teenager...

Day 2 PCT:
I am on day two PCT, 60 mgs nolva, 100 mgs DHEA, 200mgs of LX to be run until start of next cycle in just under two weeks. I am curious to see what I weigh when I go to the gym today. I feel like I am still gaining. However I am not soooo ramped up now. For the last three weeks I have been on a rollercoaster of love, for SD!
My training for the next 12 days will be as follows: 1 major muscle group/ 1 small per day no matter how good I felt. I had some long, hard, insanely great workouts the last few weeks. I want to give my connective tissues some rest, get them prepped for next dose of hormones. I will not go over 85% of my new max for any lift. I will not. I will not take any lift to failure. I am going for leighter weight with higher reps. I am looking to maintain, not grow for the next 12 days.
I am going to keep my cals and protein high as if I was on cycle. This will remain true throughout my bulker until the 3/2/3/2/3 process if over. I will eat cleaner will off though, I have had a garbage gut the last three weeks. Although my BF was 6.6 BF a weeke ago!! My BW has been 214.5 for over a week, meaning just over 10 pounds gained and some ? BF lost. When doing cardio (which I did OFTEN Lean One) it seemed to have almost an anabolic aerobic nature, meaning I looked leaner and swollen at the same time. Not unlike what I see cAMPIBOLIC potientally doing.
I think 9lbs may be maintainable, and if I can keep 4lbs and 4lbs from the remaining cycles, I will be very, very happy. At 17lbs plus that will put me at just over 220 lbs in April. A very lean 220... It is on.

I don't know if you read my Superdrol test, but I did ass loads of cardio. Up to 2 hrs a day most days of the week and I noticed the same thing.

I really don't "feel" surpressed at all. My PCT is really tight so that may be part of it, but the compound itself (SD) is a gem because of this quality. My next three weeker will have some 1-test in there, so it will be different to see how the boys come back. I am still having some acne issues, mostly on my legs though. I think the 100-150 mgs daily of the DHEA is part of the recovery/ blame.
I look foward to the next part of my cycle. I am not the best log keeper but I appreciate the concerns and comments from you guys. I know it is no excuse, but St. Patties in Savannah is HUGE, so I HAVE to be off methyls to wrk/party. My next cycle will start this sat. That is like two days early, but I ain't telln! Depending on how recovery goes ofter the 1-test stack with SD, that will help me decide what my third and final cycle will be, although I am leaning towards a SD and m4ohn (one of my favs) as a cutting for summer cycle. (And LOW supression) Summer starts in SAV around middle April. By May first it is all OVER as in FULL blown summer time.
My weight is holding staedy at 212lbs, and my bodyfat hasn't increased any that I can tell. Right now my PCT is NOLVA @ 40mgs, LX at 200mgs, and DHEA at 100-150 mgs per day. Thats all for now, off to the gym!!

I have decided to run the following as my next cycle
300 mgs of 1-test t/d, 210mgs of m 1,4 diol ed, and 10 mgs of SD pre-workout. This was actually a hard combo for me to decide on mainly because I am in LOVE with SD. I wanted to make sure I saved plenty for my M4ohn/SD next cycle in 5 weeks!! ( I am already counting LEAN ONE)!
I had a few concerns with this cycle, mainly the drying out of my joints tendons so that is why I am keeping the M 1, 4 diol dose high. If I find that I need to up that dose I will. T/d 1-test has never been my favorite but it always puts mass and strength on me. The SD with it's anti-e and diuretic props I figured would be good to balance out the wetness* of the M 1,4 diol. And it's another excuse to throw some more SD in there.
If you have been following my thread you will notice its going to have been not quite two weeks into mini-PCT, but I am honest when I tell you I will be working and drinking more than reasonably here in Savannah, GA for St. Patties day. Very big and profitable here. I also am applying the t/d 1-test today hoping by next week it's effect will be more noticable due to the fact it take s a little longer to accumalte than the methyls.
I would also like to state that I am not the most scientific writer, so if I am vague in my description, please bring it to my attention so I can make amends.
I have been easier* on my body the last two weeks preparing for some more growth. My training will consist of a modified HST. I will keep cardio pretty intense 65-70%, and my diet will remain around 40/40/20. My caloric intake has been around 4500-5000 calories over 6-7 meals.
A week or so ago I had my BF measured by the Supervisor at the YMCA where I work out she sadi it was 6.6% BF by a three caliper method. I figure she is about 1-2% off, only four abs are showing. Stupid love handles, but heres to being honest

Damn do I feel stupid! I was working on Tuesday and rolled a 1-ton cart with a very small caster ontop of my second largest toe on my right foot. I broke and crushed the toe. So I am on anti-biotics and pain meds, although I am using the loratabs as min as possible. Biggest concern is an open bone with an open wound, not good potientally.
Besides that the cycle was going fine, I am up three pounds to 217 lbs, the heaviest I have ever been, and while remaining quite lean. Luckily I worked my legs out on Mon so I can give them a brake a little while longer.
I did a light chest and tris today. My toe is still bleeding and oozing quite a bit so showering and cleaning the wound takes quite some time and energy.
I have upped my GXR to help, is there anything I can be doing as far as toxicty goes? Thanks, I'll let you know how the healing is going. Wish me luck.

Damn stupid broken toe! I am down about 2.5 lbs, I think mainly because I may be eating at maintaince. I can't do any compound lower extremeties lift yet, or LE cardio so I am afraid of blowing up. My upper body lifts are all the same, but I am not lifting as much or as long. I want to save all my recovery ability for my stupid, crushed toe. I think my bodyfat may have gone down some more. I am hoping that I may get a couple weeks workmans comp out of this. I will have to do a privatly funded study on ora-tropins effects on damaged connective tissues!
Because I am mostly doing upper body, I will do back and tris today. Not my normal combo, but I figure lets keep it interesting!!
