IronFlex Alpha-90 / Stanozane log

Hey guys, I'm setting up my next run. I've decided to go with Alpha 90 for this run and I will be stacking it with stanozane to help combat lethargy and a little body fat. My first cycle was RPN Havoc and my second was Super DMZ 2.0. Both were good runs with great gains I was able to keep for the most part. Anyway..

Cycle layout:
Preload hawthorn berry for b/p two weeks prior.
Week 1/2- Stanozane 600 mg
Week 3/4- Stanozane 800 mg and Alpha 90 40mg
Week 5/6- Stanozane 1000 mg and Alpha 90 60mg

Support supps-
TUDCA
Cel cycle assist
Multi
Fish oil
Taurine
Whey
Exemestane for any estrogen sides

PCT-
I have both torem and nolva on hand. I will decide which to use when the time comes. I do not have experience with Nolva but would like to try it.

Start date for this cycle will be Monday, March 3rd. Plans for this cycle is to gain lean mass without any extra body fat. I'm currently sitting at 220lbs at 6'3" and approx. 13% body fat.

Best lifts-
Bench 315x1
Squat 425x1
Deadlift 455x1

I would love to hit some new PR's this run but the main goal is to remain injury free while getting swole.

I will update with current body stats and measurements before I start this cycle. Until then I'm open to any comments/suggestions.

Blood work is planned for this Monday. I want to see where I'm at after these last two cycles plus I'm just curious what my test levels are since I've never had them checked.

I recommend anyone get bloodwork before their first cycle. I will be using privatemdlabs.com which costs about $50 for a femal hormone panel after coupon.

Got my bloodwork back. Everything was in range. My serum test level was 633 ng/dL with a range of 348-1197 ng/dL. Not bad, about average I would assume. Just a few more days until I get this run started.

Haven't started yet. Pulled a muscle in my back a couple weeks ago and it's just now feeling good again. I'm looking forward to starting but I want to be 100% before I start to take advantage of this cycle.

Day 1 - Decided to kick this cycle off today. The back has felt 100% the past couple weeks so I believe I just had a bad strain. Decided to start off with 800mg Stanozane a day. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this product works solo the first couple of weeks. As of late I've added more cardio and cut out all junk in hopes of leaning up a bit.

Today was leg day. I decided to pre-exhaust my legs with 4 sets of leg extensions and leg curls. Followed this up with squats-

135x10
225x8
315x6
335x5
355x4

I didn't go as heavy as normal because my legs were already smoked by the time I got to squats.

I followed squats up with walking lunges with 110lb barbell. I did 14 steps with a set of 8 squats at the end of each set for 3 sets. It was killer. I did some calf raises and called it a day. Had good energy despite only 5 hours of sleep.

Also, when are you taking your post bloods? Day of last cycle? Or after pct? Great if you did both.

Last thing, did you recover last go around with the torem? If so, why change it?

I took my last bloods a couple months after PCT. Serum test levels were at 633 and I was feeling really good. The torem seemed to have worked well for recovery in the past as my testicles seem to "fill" back up and any lethargy pretty much vanishes within a week. I will probably stick with the torem since it seemed effective previously.

I want to get bloods done on the last day of the cycle and right after PCT ends to see how effective the torem really is.

Day 2- Had an "arm" day today. I hate dedicating a full workout to just arms but I respond well to it, plus my lifting partner who is much bigger and stronger than me insists we have one..

I took two capsules an hour before my workout. Not sure if its just placebo but my energy level and pumps were awesome. Felt really good. I keep forgetting to weigh myself, I will post it Monday after my weekend off.

Day 5- Morning weight 217lbs

Had a good chest and tri workout today. My strength on bench has been slowly declining over the past few weeks. Probably due to limiting my carbs and my crazy work schedule that sometimes only allows 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night. I look like I've leaned up over the past few weeks. I plan to start on more of a bulk diet once I start the Alpha 90. Right now my goal is to keep leaning up until then. No sides so far.

I would say a little so far.

Day 6- Hit back tonight. Decided to switch things up a bit and see where my deadlift was. I managed to pull 435x1 w/o straps, switch grip. I attempted 455 but that was a no go. Did some bent rows, wide grip pull ups, close grip pull downs, and then a couple exercises for biceps. Had a great pump and lots of energy. I felt like I had more endurance than usual. I'm tempted to start the Alpha 90 next week at 20mg a day and then run it as plannes on out. Any input, or would 5 weeks be to long on Alpha?

I wouldn't run it for 5 weeks. A lot of ppl can't even go 4. I'd see where you stand after week 3.

You should be fine at 4 weeks.. Go the 4 weeks and see at that time, if all feels well then go for another week.

Day 7- Shoulders. Took hemavol + NO Xplode and 400mg Stano 30 minutes before the gym. Pump and energy was insane. I'm naturally not vascular but I had some forearm veins popping like crazy. Felt awesome. Strength was about the same as usual.

Day 8 - Killer leg workout. Felt sick afterwards so I know I got it in.

Back Squats -

Then did three sets of high rep leg extensions, leg curls, and a couple exercises for calves.

Oh yeah, my libido is crazy. No negative sides to report.

Day 12- 219lbs (+2)

Things are going good. Chest and tris today, noticed my strength is picking back up. I measured my arms yesterday on my day off and was up .25, biggest they've been. Legs have also added size. The stano seems to be helping put on some size. I'm sure the M1A will really make things take off. Only two more days.

It should get a lot better once you add the m1a in. Good job with just the stanozolol for now

Day 15- Weight 219.5 (+2.5)

It's been a couple days since I updated. I started the alpha yesterday (a day early) and it honestly feels like it has already kicked in somewhat. I can tell my blood pressure is slightly elevated and I've got crazy endurance. My strength on my shoulder presses yesterday was improved. Hard to say if its just the effect of the stano or the alpha really kicks in that fast. I've been eating like a horse because I'm constantly hungry. I also noticed my forearm veins bulging while doing legs today so I can only imagine the pump I'll get for arms tomorrow.. lol. I feel like the gains are going to get good real quick.

Day 16 - Weight 222.4 (+5.4)

Did arms today. Holy sh#t. I worked with the same weight I normally do but was pushing it an extra 3 or 4 reps. Everything felt lighter. The pump was intense. The only side I'm getting is slightly elevated blood pressure. My libido is great and I don't feel lethargic. My weight has shot up out of nowhere, probably water/glycogen retention. My muscles are looking fuller and I feel "on". Awesome stuff!!

Day 21- Weigjt 223.5 (+6.5)

Been a few days since I updated. Been super busy with other things but haven't missed any workouts.. I have missed a few meals, however. Regardless, I'm gaining weight every day. Bodyfat appears the same. Sides have been minor, as I'm just starting to notice the "pumped" feeling I get in my back while on cycle. I will start taurine to combat that. Also started using exemestane at 12.5mg a day because the nips looked a bit puffy. No soreness or lumps. The exemestane seems legit as the puffiness has subsided. It should be noted I've always had slightly puffy nips since puberty.

Otherwise, I'm loving this stuff. Strength is always climbing and I'm getting bigger everday. Can't beat that.

I don't think anyone will complain about 6.5 Lbs. Of muscle gain :) great job

Going good. I'm waking up at 225lbs and strength is awesome. I feel like I could have gained more weight but my schedule has been hectic. I also had some kind of stomach bug for two or three days and I wasn't able to eat much. I will say alpha is the real deal and will give you the gains. I will try to get some before and after photos at the conclusion. I also have before measurements that I will compare.
