Well, I had an interesting injection today into the left delt. Injected in the same exact spot as the previous rotation on left delt, aspirated (air), injected, kept it there for a few seconds, pulled out,........blood spurts in a 4-5 foot high stream. It took me a few seconds to realize what the **** I was looking at. Plugged it up with an alcohol pad and that was the end of it. It bled a little bit more afterwards but the stream had ceased. I figure I hit a blood vessel or something going in but didn't inject into it. I didn't get any weird feelings afterwards like people say when they inject into a vein, so I figure I'm ok. That was 3 hours ago. Shoulder feels like it's going to be sore as **** tomorrow though.

Something similar happened to a friend of mine. Just no quit as Charles Mansonish with the 4-5 feet of squirting blood...LOL. Just curious, but did you inject after you had worked out? Just asking because when this happened to my friend, it was not long after his workout, and delts were still somewhat pumped I guess.

Thanks for posting it. Looks good to me. I need to start eating more vegetables and grab some sweet potatoes. I guess you are cutting also so the diet would look differnt if you where bulking like I am trying to do. Keep up the great progress.

Starting to feel like I'm bulking. Thanks Sldge.

But there's plenty of low GI carbs out there that taste pretty good. I got a good list from a south beach diet website. They break it down pretty good in there, even have some recipes.

no ****? damn. but then again, you cut on 6000 cals a day, which seems insane to me, damn powerlifters

    anywho,

    weight: 275 lbs

leg's and bi's were today. starting to drift towards a powerlifting routine little by little, damn you exnihilo . tried box squats for the first time in my life today. had a wider than normal stance and set it up for a little below parallel. i basically come to a dead stop at the bottom, sitting down on the box for about 1 second, then exploding back up. being my first time trying them, i stuck with 315 for 6. i expect to be jumping up rather quickly though. they suck balls but it was a good change and it feels good to have something different in the routine. starting to read through articles at elitefitness for PL tips. bi's, got 115 for 8 on standing EZ curl bar, that's up 10lbs from last week.

all side effects i had are now gone. no more headaches, no nausea, etc. only thing i've got now is the beginnings of back pumps, but it's not bad as of now. i'm still able to do morning cardio, it just doesn't take as much to get the heartrate up now. jminis gave me a good idea for HIIT cardio in the mornings so i may be implementing that pretty soon depending on how crunched i am for time.

HIIT cardio sucks balls. Reminds me of the good ol' days of running up mountains for morning PT with a 1st Sgt yelling in my ear. Did 20 minutes this morning, 1 minute max effort, 1 minute slow pace alternated. However, I do like it, feels more productive than walking for 45 minutes.

*taps fingers together montgomery burns stye* Excellent... The box squat will help you off the bottom, but it's biggest benefit comes when you squat in a squat suit, probably redundant for you. The thing I'd get you doing first is low rep band and chain work while focusing on being explosive through the entire lift. I'd probably also have you working on 3 or 4 board press with like 430-ish for sets of 3 or 5 depending on how strong your top end is, that'll make you monster strong. I also like deadlifts with bands blue bands lightening the load at the bottom, really builds some crazy strength.

Tren must be kicking in cuz strength is starting to pick up rather noticeably. Military dumbbells up 10lbs each hand, got 110's for 7. Can't remember if I posted it last week, but I'm going all the way down with the dumbbells to where it touches my shoulder then back up. The ROM feels more productive. Deadlifts have become an impossibility. Back pumps have became a routine again. Feels like deadlifts just walking to the water fountain. Barbell rows up 10lbs, got 335 for 8, last rep was an ugly though. Remainder of the workout was great. All lifts are up ranging from 10-40lbs on some of them. Feel great except for the back pumps. HCG started a couple days ago, 250iu every 3 days, similar to swale's protocol.

This seems cheap at $6.59 for 227 servings:

I use that place to buy a lot of stuff. I will need to grab some now too

I use 1-Fast. I will say though, and this is mostly speculation, that It works best when taken from the start of a SD cycle. That's what I did and I have had ZERO cramps. I'm not sure it will work as well if the cramps are already kicking in hard. Unless you mega dose it for a few days possibly.

I noticed you added a AI to your cycle a while back to help with bloat which did help. Do you think it will limit your final gains at all? This post seems to indicate without the bloat you do not get the gains:

    Which Anti-E To Use

Or is getting rid of the bloat worth the loose in gains that you might get?

    end of week 3 measurments:
    weight : 279lbs
    neck: 19.5"
    chest: 51"
    arms: 20 1/4"
    waist : 41 3/8"
    thighs: 25 1/2"
    calves: 16 7/8"

hmmm, although i've gained 11lbs and lost 5/8" on my waist, i'm really not that pleased. i was expecting to have lost more on my waist by now. in any case, i'm leaning out in other places. i can actually see veins in my bi's, tri's, chest, and shoulders, couldn't before. so, i guess that's a good thing. i'll continue on as planned.

    Weight : 280lbs

Chest and tri's. All lifts are up, got 345 for 9 on flat bench. 45's for 10 on the dumbbell behind the head thingy. Rest of the workout went great, did some light cardio afterwards for the hell of it for 30 minutes.

    Riddle me this

how do you lose 6lbs in 2 days? ****, i dunno.

    weight: 274lbs

Despite the 6lbs sudden weight loss, leg/bi workout was excellent. Box squats up 20lbs, got 335 for 6 for 2 sets. Jumping up another 20lbs next week, starting to like these things. Leg press, 810 for 12. Worked bi's a little different today, EZ bar curls didn't feel right so I can't judge strength off that, the rest of it went up though. Even threw in some dumbbell preacher curls on the standing contraption on the opposite side of the normal preacher curls. Basically, the weight is hanging straight down and you're kinda hunched over the preacher curl rack. If ya haven't tried it, it's definately worthwhile, one of my old time favs. Makes it a lot harder and takes all pressure off joints, so it's just bi's pulling.

Now, the 6lbs weightloss. The only thing that comes to mind is I bumped green tea to around 3grams per day. And I quit consuming carbs after breakfast and replaced it with about 25grams of fat throughout the day, boiled eggs and peanut butter to be exact (no, not together sickos).

You're probably still crapping out all that "exotic" food you ate while over-sees a few months ago. You're intestines are thanking you right now.

Anyways...sounds like things are going well. Strength up and weight down. Sounds good to me.

Hey Beelz...19 1/4" with a tricep pump dude. I'm trying like hell to get to that 20 club.
