  2. Couldnt hold out any longer, thats too funny. I am putting off mine for another 2 weeks, I need to get the weight in the 270s before I take anything.

  3. feel good, it's only day 2 though, so i'm not expecting much already. i'm in it for the long haul, running it for 6 weeks at 20mgs.

  4. Weight: 272 lbs

    Shoulders and back were today. I readjusted military dumbbell presses, now going all the way down til the dumbbell touches my shoulder, nice and slow. Got 105's for 6. Deadlifts didn't feel too suave today, got up to 405 and it didn't feel right, so I stopped there. Was hoping to hit 515 today for a set but I didn't want to risk it. Barbell rows up 10lbs, got 325 for 8.

    Starting to feel slightly lethargic, could be superdrol, since it is the new addition.

    weight: 272 lbs (as of friday, 4lbs gain overall)
    but i can tell ya right now, i'm heavier since friday. superdrol must be kicking in.

    measurements: (as of today)
    Neck : 19 1/2"
    Arms : 20 1/8"
    Chest : 50 3/4"
    Waist : 41 3/8" (a tad less than last week)
    Thighs: 25 1/2"
    Calves : 16 3/4"

    only bad effect i've got so far was mentioned earlier. the headache is a pain in the.....head.
    probably from elevated blood pressure, once i get the supps glen mentioned, i'll give em a whirl.
    however, i'm pretty stubborn when it comes to cycles, i highly doubt i'll drop anything unless i'm bleeding from my eyes and seeing dinosaurs raping ATM machines, then i'll consider it.

    I've used it in the past and as I recall, I just followed label recs. Worked well.

  13. You might want to look into a small dose of a diuretic such as lasix coupled with a selective beta blocker. A few people I know have had blood pressure problems on tren only, which is obviously not related to bloating.

    That's more of a final solution in the event the supplements don't work though.

  14. The hawthorne berry takes time to kick in, and you will need at least four or so bottles of it. They are 5 bucks I believe over at 1fast.


  15. i'd stay away from lasix and use a natural diuretic like anything with taraxacum officinale leaf extract ... 1fast has a product called taraxatone that i used for 2 days before i was going to see some chick lost 2 inches on my waist! so i definitely dropped a ton of water ... of course all the water came back but it could help given that you're definitely holding more than you normally would

    I'm looking leaner than a few days ago but weight continues to climb, not that I'm complaining. Chest/tri's were today. All lifts are up. Flat bench, got 335 for 9 with a slight spot on 9. Switched tri's up and did a backwards routine so I can't really judge strength from last week, although I did get more reps than the previous tri workout. Lo and behold, my abs do exist, contrary to previous thought. I've still got a ways to go though.

  21. Well, I had an interesting injection today into the left delt. Injected in the same exact spot as the previous rotation on left delt, aspirated (air), injected, kept it there for a few seconds, pulled out,........blood spurts in a 4-5 foot high stream. It took me a few seconds to realize what the **** I was looking at. Plugged it up with an alcohol pad and that was the end of it. It bled a little bit more afterwards but the stream had ceased. I figure I hit a blood vessel or something going in but didn't inject into it. I didn't get any weird feelings afterwards like people say when they inject into a vein, so I figure I'm ok. That was 3 hours ago. Shoulder feels like it's going to be sore as **** tomorrow though.

  22. Something similar happened to a friend of mine. Just no quit as Charles Mansonish with the 4-5 feet of squirting blood...LOL. Just curious, but did you inject after you had worked out? Just asking because when this happened to my friend, it was not long after his workout, and delts were still somewhat pumped I guess.

  23. it was about 3-4 hours post workout, pretty sure that wasn't a factor.

    0800 45-60 minutes cardio
    0915 16oz milk, 3 eggs, scoop of protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 TB peanut butter (blended)
    1230 8-10 oz grilled chicken, 4oz sweet potatoes, 1 cup vegetables
    1330 1.5 hours workout
    1515 3 scoops protein powder in water (gatorade on workout days)
    1900 8oz lean beef, 1 cup vegetables
    2130 3 scoops protein powder
    2330 16oz milk, 3 eggs, scoop of protein (blended)

    This is pretty much it to a T.

    Thanks for posting it. Looks good to me. I need to start eating more vegetables and grab some sweet potatoes. I guess you are cutting also so the diet would look differnt if you where bulking like I am trying to do. Keep up the great progress.

    Starting to feel like I'm bulking. Thanks Sldge.

    But there's plenty of low GI carbs out there that taste pretty good. I got a good list from a south beach diet website. They break it down pretty good in there, even have some recipes.

    leg's and bi's were today. starting to drift towards a powerlifting routine little by little, damn you exnihilo . tried box squats for the first time in my life today. had a wider than normal stance and set it up for a little below parallel. i basically come to a dead stop at the bottom, sitting down on the box for about 1 second, then exploding back up. being my first time trying them, i stuck with 315 for 6. i expect to be jumping up rather quickly though. they suck balls but it was a good change and it feels good to have something different in the routine. starting to read through articles at elitefitness for PL tips. bi's, got 115 for 8 on standing EZ curl bar, that's up 10lbs from last week.

    all side effects i had are now gone. no more headaches, no nausea, etc. only thing i've got now is the beginnings of back pumps, but it's not bad as of now. i'm still able to do morning cardio, it just doesn't take as much to get the heartrate up now. jminis gave me a good idea for HIIT cardio in the mornings so i may be implementing that pretty soon depending on how crunched i am for time.

  30. HIIT cardio sucks balls. Reminds me of the good ol' days of running up mountains for morning PT with a 1st Sgt yelling in my ear. Did 20 minutes this morning, 1 minute max effort, 1 minute slow pace alternated. However, I do like it, feels more productive than walking for 45 minutes.
