I'm planning a h-drol recomp in a few weeks.

Pct is nolva 20/20/10/10 and daa.

I'm gonna be eating &250 on workout days and -350 on rest. I go to the gym 2 days on. 1 day off.

Question. Would doing moderate arm/ab workouts on my rest days (at home) be worth it? I'd be at a deficit on those days.

I don't like the idea of doing cardio on my off days cos I hate it but a quick 20-30 arm and ab blast sounds like fun.

I'd be working main body parts at the gym. Push, pull and leg days.

Any thoughts?
