I have been given the hard word from the wife to be to use up what gear I have or sell it. I'm not selling it. I have just come off pct and it is probably a bit soon to be cycling but I will be taking a long hiatus from anything hormonal after this. I have to be done with hormones before my wedding date so I can't extend this cycle past 10 weeks.
I know that tren should be run higher than test but I'm using the time while esters clear to go on my honeymoon so I'm running it the other way around. I'm just going to have to man up and deal with the sides.

Cycle layout
Weeks 1-10 test e 750mg
Weeks 1-4 SD 20-30mg
Weeks 3-7 tren acetate
Weeks 6-10 Winstrol 50mg daily

Support supps
Aromasin
Cel cycle support
Prami
Achilles
Multi etc etc all the normal ****.

Diet
High protein and carb / calorie cycling

Goals
Lean bulk / recomp

Training history
Couple phs and a semi bunk sustanon cycle ( ate a ton, lifted heavy and only made marginally more than natural )

I probably missed something as this was a bit rushed so if I did let me know.

IMHO u should change this up a bit to minimize sides. I'd run tren and winny at the same time. I'd do it on the end as a finisher. The winny will help, to some degree the tren sides down. Good bulker with a nice shredding finisher

Yeah I could change it up a bit, I can't run tren week ten as ill be out of town staying with my parents before the wedding. Can't pin eod with mum and dad in the next room. But I could start the tren a week earlier than winny, making them overlap by three weeks.

Yeah I just don't have the time to pct before going on my honeymoon so I'm relying on the high test levels to get me through or else I would be low test high tren. TRT is something I would be interested in after I have kids. Still a few years off I'd say tho. Cheers for following

Yeah bro that's the plan! Got a bit lax with diet etc lately so I def bees to drop some of this body fat before I'm beach ready. Haha I've hot cialis coming just incase. Cheers for following bro! We can get big together!

Thought I'd mention I've been preloading hawthorn and tudca for the last week. Cycle starts tomorrow and ill be switching over to cel cycle assist.

thats alright geez, I know when my girls away I can make a 3 days mess in just one and maybe 1hr before she stays over go into overdrive cleaning up hahah. Not gonna lie looking at that outlet is bringing back memories when I lived around OZ (Sydney, Melbourne, family friends in Perth) and throughout UK & Europe.

Starting today huh, gonna be up straight up monstah mode over there, I'm about to end week 6 of an identical cycle (ran epi kickstarter finishing with sd) and other than lack of sleep, sweating my a$$ off at night, loving the results so far, best of luck geezah and have a blast (pun intended).

Haha man I'm exactly the same! We usually live between two houses ( we work and live 200kms apart, 5 days at each ) so one usually gets neglected. Yeah I'm not looking forward to the sides, but I'll just have to deal with them as they come. Just did my first dose of SD, bout to go pin 375mg test e then go hit some legs.

I missed your tren mg and frequency
I have enough for 4 weeks at 500mg/week but since its my first run with tren I'm going to start at 100mg eod which is 350mg/week and will go from there.

I'm in my first tren run but shooting 50/day so it will be interesting to see your 350/week as 100 eod vs my 350/wk

Yeah it will be interesting to see the difference for sure. Pinning ED must suck tho EOD is bad enough lol.

Day 1

Pinned 375mgs test e
Dosed 20mg SD

Took all the staples hawthorn, Achilles etc etc

Been feeling really good today, just the placebo effect knowing that your on cycle lol. After the 5 minutes of being a puss I finally managed to stick myself in the right quad aspirated then slowly injected. Smooth as! Didn't even feel it :) went down free pinning to hit some legs.

Leg day

Squats
60kg 135lb x 20
100kg 220lb x 10
150kg 330lb x 9
140kg 315lb x 8 x 8 x 8

Linear Leg press
7 plates per side x 10
8 plates per side x 10 x 10

Leg extensions 2 sec hold at max extension
59kg 130lb 8 x 10 strict 30sec rest

Stiff legged deads
225lb x 10 x 10 x 10

Laying leg curls
Can't remember the weight but 7 sets of 10 with 30 secs rest

Leg press calve raise
120kg 265lb x 15 x 12 x 10 x 9

Seated calve raise
2 45s repped out till failure

Smith machine calve raise
80kg 175lb x 10 x 10 x 10

Pretty decent workout overall I had a sick pump from the FST sets. It's the most Ive squatted for awhile since my hip flexor issue a while back.
Diet was decent 3500 calories 280g protein 300g carbs the rest fats.

I don't know man, I actually look forward to it. I'm a sick fuk like that I spose. But I pin for TRT anyway so I'm used to the pinning. I wasn't at first though.

Lol yeah i had forgotten how hard it was to stick those first couple pins in!! My fiancé usually pins me lol.
Well these are a long way off from my prs but my aim is hypertrophy so apart from my main compound movement ill be aiming for the 8-12 rep range. I am hoping to set a new pr in squats of 4 plates per side. My current pr is only 25lbs off that :)
