Do you double up on your supports if you miss a dose?

Hello everyone:

Quick question if you miss a dose of your supports do you double up next time or just continue as normal.

Any feedback?
 
Don't miss a dose!If you do for some reason just resume as normal.What do you mean by supports?I assumed general support staples,as in Cycle Assist?
 
yup the usual . . TADUCA, cycle assist, mutli vit, fish oil . . . I took TADUCA when I woke up and left the others for now
 
pissed me off actually as I never ever miss!!! but I feel asleep early last night and when my alarm went off to remind me I got up . . got a drink and went back to bed as I was just so tired as I didn't get much sleep this weekend the kids had me up early lol
 
Don't double dose if you miss a dose,as I said try your best not to miss,but we are all human and it will happen!I find it most convenient for me to dose right before bed,so there is no confusion if I took it or not,I do it with my pre bed meal,and make sure you are plenty hydrated!
 
I hear you and TY so will I screw things up since I took my TADUCA when I woke up? or can i pick back up on my normal schedule for it later or or should I omit it with my other support dose for today
 
BTW I usually do take them before bed but you see during the week I work till almost 3 AM so my schedule is set for that so one the weekend if I'm not up late taking care of business with my fiance hehehehe I set my alarm to take them on time . . wow this pisses me off . . sort of anal when it comes to schedules and stuff like this . . .I assure you it will never happen again . . I'll tape them to my wanker so I don't forget during my nightly visits to the bathroom lol!!!!!!!!!!

You are overthinking it man,just continue to dose as you do daily,I wouldn't dose the TUDCA tonight,other than that back to normal!
