maybe that half scoop pwo crack mixture wasn't the best of ideas hahah, lots of energy and aggression, going for high volume with decent weight today and although I didn't want the weight to be that high, in certain areas I surprised myself, where in others, a lil disappointed; but that's alright, gotta set short/long term goals. Lost a bit more weight than I thought, not too good, but that's changing today, waiting an hour to eat and take supps.

Tri Push Down (Crooked short bar, lacking it here): 50x12/60x10/75x8 then drop set to 60x10/50x10/35x20
BB Curl: 50x12/70x10 twice
Decline DB Curl: 25x15/30x10 twice
Machine Bicep Curl: 50x15/75x10/100x8
Wanted to go heavier today, but I'm gonna hold off and wait for everything to kick in; so far, just peeing a lot and feel very, very hyped up. I know it won't be for a few days, but so far feeling great and hopefully this will stay through the cycle. I'll take a look at all the stuff I plan on using and will post it up very soon.
