In the past I ran a cycle of Boladrol. Almost all of the gains went to my legs, both in strength and size. In the few months after, I retained and increased strength and size. In a period where I was relocation, I worked out little and lost a lot of strength and size. For future cycles, what is the best way to not take two steps forward and two steps back?
