My bad for not posting in a bit I think I had the test flu or some crap. For the last 5 days I've been basically worthless and barely having any motivation to get out of bed. Chills fever nauseous oh and im on the toilet about 10 times a day.....ya know all that totally awesome stuff.
Feeling ok tonight and going to hit it hard tomorrow. Also going to increase my fluids and calories even if I have to get then through liquid as my appetite isn't the greatest right now.

Bad news guys, I went to the doc because I was feeling so crappy and of course my chrons disease flared up. I was hoping this wasn't it. He prescribed some prednisone and hopefully within a couple of days ill be good as new. Sucks but what can ya do. Tired of the night sweats, shi**ing my brains out, and not being able to eat. Hope this works quick.

I have finally felt better the last couple of days and I am back above 200lbs thanks to the prednisone. I hate taking it though it makes my joints and hips hurt. I'm supposed to be on it for another 10 days, but I'm cutting it short and will be off in the next 3 days.
Hopefully this won't happen again for a very long time.
Chest day today, had a strong lift but I'm still not back to where I was. Got tired very easily between sets and really had to push myself.

Finally felt normal today! Hit chest and back.
Decline bench/ Superset with t-bar rows (4 sets 10reps 3 plates)
Db flyes/ superset with db rows.(4 sets 10 reps 80's and 90 lbs db's)
Db incline/superset with machine rows.
These next 8 weeks are going to be intense.

Superset military press with bicep curls and skull crushers.
Superset front raises with push downs and seated bicep curls.
Finished with kickbacks super set with chin ups
Another good day. No Crohn's issues to report. Thank god

Yeah it was either that or not work out. I had like 45 min tops. Plus I really wanted to get my heart rate going and see how I felt especially after the last two weeks. Left feeling great so I'm super excited about that.
Also my appetite is back.
8am - protein Greek yogurt whole milk peanut butter olive oil and blueberries shake.
9am- oatmeal with 4 whole eggs
Noon- protein shake after gym
1:30-whole chicken from grocery store.
3pm- jimmy johns gargantuan sub
4:30- protein shake

Carrying some water weight and bloated a little. Still need to take my adex today. And yes that's the magic bullet making my protein shake in the bathroom haha. My buddy was taking a nap on the couch with "jasmine" from Disney who he's been slam dancing for 2 days lol

Swole city chest day today. I had to be detained from murdering some snatch napkin today at the gym. The guy was rapping out loud with his headphones as he was doing tricep push down, and he was using the entire stack. Of course the weight was to heavy but just so everyone in the gym knew he would do his last rep get the weight as high as he could on the pulley and let it go causing a loud ass noise and then her would proceed to flex in the mirror.
After about the 3rd set and me being 5 feet away doing flyes I got up walked over between his sets and took over his machine. When he came back from flexing in the mirror he tried to be a tough guy and blah blah blah needless to say he was a punk ass like most guys who think they are bigger than they really are.
He walked away like a tough ass to do some bicep curls haha.

Hahaha those kind of guys at the gym are real annoying. The other day this guy was doing db press with 40s, and he was grunting like he was being murdered!
