well guys i,d like some advice an guidence on cycle an pct if anyone could assist..... i,v been doing my research an think halo plex is wat ,l run 50/50/50/75/75/75 maybe 100 on last week..... i,l also preload an run cel cycle assist 2 caps per 25mg of halo.... i,l be using multicore multivitamins 1 pack per day also includes fish oils.....i,v got my fusion pro as protein shake 3 shakes a day...an wil take a joint support supplement also....... PCT includes cel pct,erase and have read that u should keep running cycle assist even in p.c.t would this be necessary if i,m using cel pct.....an finally what would be the best way dose erase an cel pct an should i be using any other supplements ..

I wouldn't bother preloading the cycle assist if you're starting at 50.
The cycle looks good other than that. Pick up some taurine. And DAA if you'd like to.

I don't know anything about erase sorry.
i,m 22 i,m about 5,6 140lb go to gym regular but my problem is i cant put on any weight as i burn alot off at work...this is my first cycle been planning it awhile an will plan it for another bit as i would like to do it right dont want to jump nto an f@#k myself up. i,v the super pump max for pre work out also forgot to add that....

You need to eat man. Halo will just give you sides. The gains will be lost very fast afterwards. Get your diet down first, save the halo for later.
this s an avrage day 6:00am 4 boiled eggs an bowl of oatmeal r muselie.... 9:30am 2 tuna r 2 chicken on brown bread lettece onion tomato ect an 2 pieces of fruit an choclate bar...1:30pm usually a dinner potatos veg an meat 6:30pm usually another home cooked dinner veg potatos fish/meat...an small snack b4 bed sandwich...should i just up my intake during the day like bigger portions eat more often or should i change diet completly
You just need to eat more. At 140 pounds you just need to eat. Add in a steak or a few glasses of milk a day. Add more carbs add more fats, whatever it is, just keep eating. And then after you've been eating a lot, lift HEAVY! Make sure the weights keep going up.
Until you can gain weight on your own, halo will just give you side effects.
