Ok so this is my first log that I have ever done so please stick your nose in and give me pointers along the way.
I will be starting this run in just a few weeks now. I have two physical agility tests coming up so im not hitting the gym really hard right now so that im at the top of my game on those days. But on Jan 27th i should be hitting this run and hitting it HARD. I wanted to get this up and running so that if there is something that I am missing i can get it before its too late, or any changes that you may suggest. This is kinda mis moshed so bare with me.
First me as of today
age 30
height 62
weight 265
bf 15%
I will be updating my weight every week as we go and then BF at the end. I am also going to post pictures and my workouts every day as i take a log with me to the gym yeah im that guy lol
my maxes as of last week (my last heavy week)
bench 320x1
leg press 900x3 (i cant do squats because of my knee)
dead 315x3
I am going to take the following in this fassion
starting 1/20/13 will start taking
cranberry
liver support - uni-liver from universal
life support - AI
Taurine powder - NOW
starting the 27th
halotest-25 - powerlab nutrition.....pramid style starting with two working up to four and then back down to two 6 weeks total last 3 days will be one pill
creatine mono - ON
taurine - NOW
cranberry
Cycle support - AI
uni-liver - universal
elite whey - dymatize
starting the 27th of feb will be cutting the halotest to one cap
adding oral testibol - primal muscle this will end a week before the other natty test boosters since im starting it a weekish early
starting march 3rd
continue oral testibol

liver clean - powerlab nutrition
post cycle - powerlab nutrition
creatine mono - ON
Taurine - NOW

Life support - AI
Erase Pro - PES

so there you have my stack please comment on it all of those items i already have in my possession ready to go. I also have a few pre workout supplements havnt decided what i wanna use but i have Mass-Pump XXL from Powerlab nutrition, Vindetta from Xtreme Formulations, Hyper Shock from Myogenix, Raganarok from Millenium Sport Tech, and armagetton from StarChem Labs....any input on those preworkout supplements. I have tubs of each at my house as well.
again please put in your input so that i can make this work
